Lots of Extras however, they are cheap - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By carlweber - December 15 - 5:30 pmAt 101K miles I had the following problems: The ignition failed on the care at 70k I had that replaced. The radio failed. The left side window had to be replaced. My keyless entry paid rusted out. They said it fell in the water. Other then that it has been normal stuff.

I love my Sante Fe - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By Gloria - December 10 - 12:20 pmMy father suggested this vehicle to me as I was looking for something a little bigger to own (Hes even a Chevy/GMC guy). My sister had a Hyundai and liked it. I thought it was too big, but I use every inch of it! I average 20-22 mpg combined city/highway driving. I just replaced the original battery. It protected me well in an icy road front end collision. Hope to see 100,000 miles soon. Only annoyance is half of lights on gear shift are burned out. Oh well.

NEVER AGAIN!!! - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By robnvic - November 28 - 10:00 amWe havent had this vehicle for very long and we have had to bring it to the shop 3 times for mechanical problems. This is by far the worst vehicle we have ever owned, and my family used to own a Ford L.T.D. The center console has broken on us twice, both sun visors had to be replaced, and the mirror fell off. Wed have been better off buying a used Yugo. At least we would have known what to expect. No wonder the C.E.O. jumped to his death from twelve stories.

This is a great SUV - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By J Moore - November 22 - 2:00 amI fell in love with the flared fenders and the style that seems to set it apart from the rest. I test drove it and had to have it. I had driven other SUVs in its class and none compared. I even drove a Lexus. I didnt think the Lexus was worth the money. I definitely got a great value with my car. This is the second Hyundai that I have owned. I have been very pleased with my Sante Fe. Just give it a test drive and youll see what I mean!!!

Great vehicle - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By Florida golfer - November 2 - 2:00 amGreat vehicle. Got the LX with the moon roof option. Researched SUVs for the last year. The Santa Fe by far had the most features and the best warranty. Ive not been disappointed in anything. Took a trip the week after I got it and it held four suitcases and golf clubs in the cargo area. My wife (who doesnt particularly like SUVs) liked the ride and said the stereo was better than the one in her Pontiac Bonneveille. Fit and finish are great, and dealer has been super. Comments about being under powered are not tru. Cruised on interstate at 80 without a problem. Only option I didnt get was towing package. Definitely my best car ever.

I LIKE IT - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By RBURRIS - October 23 - 10:00 amI JUST TRADED A VANILLA 2001 JETTA THAT I LOVED FOR A VANILLA SANTA FE. SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED WITH JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I THINK I MADE A GOOD DEAL. I GAVE UP A THING OR TWO BUT GOT BACK A THING OR THREE. MY FIRST TANK OF GAS WAS 20 MPG BUT I EXPECT THAT TO GET HIGHER. I LIKE BEING UP HIGH WHERE I CAN SEE THE TRAFFIC BETTER.

By spiderman7136 - October 16 - 10:00 amThe vehicle is built by far better than most, I looked at them all and the price is good for the product your getting. I think they will take over the low priced suv market. I bought this one just as a bang around vehicle if were doing alot of traveling I would advise v6.

Excellent vehicle - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By willenius - October 16 - 10:00 amWe had previously owneda Dodge Caravan Mini Van. We loved the vehicle but it was 6 years old and out of warranty and things were starting to break down. We could not afford another Dodge Mini Van. We had a Hyundai in the past that lasted us 11 years and 140,000 miles and had a 7 year warranty and it was wonderful and affordable, so, we went back to Hyundai and bought the Santa Fee, we feel it has more standard features that are extra on other makes. We love it!! Keep up the good work!
