  • King of the truck world - 2007 Toyota Tundra

I have owned many trucks over the years and nothing compares to my 07 Tundra. If you dont believe the hype, go for a test drive and then you will understand. No other truck on the road can compare to the power, refinement, quality, and capabilities of the new Tundra. The big 3 are going to have to step up their game BIG time if they want to compete with the Tundra. I have had my truck for over a month and it is rattle free and very tight. Its a blast to drive and I cant wait for the next opportunity to drive it. Anyone thinking about buying a full-size truck, look no further. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

  • Might not buy a tundra again - 2007 Toyota Tundra

Our Tundra is fun to drive and we seem to be getting better gas mileage than most others. We average 18-19 on the road and 16-17 in town. The factory tires are junk, as they needed replaced at 30,000 even though the air pressure was always monitored and the tires were rotated every 6,000 miles. Ours has buckets seats and both needed replaced due to rattles and squeaks. Just yesterday, the radio went crazy. There is no volume control, it only plays at maximum volumn so cant be used, all the presets quit working, etc. The dealer said this happens fairly often. The radio just shorts out and they will replace it. Wondering if this truck will turn into a spendy lemon when out of warranty.

Thought about buying a Ford F150, and am glad I didnt. This is a great truck and gets looks from everyone, fun to drive and great for hauling our boat. Would recommend TRD package. Toyota quality - enough said!!

We tow our toyhauler camper, garbage trailers and work trailers all the time. It handles everything like it was just part of a days work. We have two older kids who love riding in the back seat. We drive it around town and on the highway constantly. We travel 5 1/2 hours one way every other weekend and everyone is comfortable. Being a female, I wasnt sure about a truck but I love it. Its fun to drive and handles well. Yes it drives like a truck because it is one. We purchased an ARE cap and a bed rug for when we bring our two large dogs. For a truck the gas mileage isnt bad, the Pilot I had got 17/21 and we couldnt do half of the things with the Pilot that we can do with the Tundra.

  • Had Better - 2007 Toyota Tundra

This is now my fourth Toyota truck I have owned, and the first three were amazing having put on 450000 kms, and not needing anything except for regular maintenance. I have to say as much as I love the detail, and style, I am not impressed. I had an issue loading my ATV into the back, causing the tailgate to deform, I had to research that issue and found there had been a service recall, however the Service manager at the dealership took some persuading even to look it up, however in the end it was fixed at no cost. Secondly, the rubber rain track on the roof had to be reinstalled once under warranty during a car wash, however within a year it had blown out while driving down the highway.

This truck is everything Toyota said and I am real pleased with the performance, mileage and quality. I am towing 10400 pound travel trailers 188 miles to a storage area to NJ from NY. The roads go up and down some very steep hills and the power is more than you need, going down hill the brakes are perfect even without the trailer breaks turned up. I was a Ford F150 man for years, I cant imagine going back.

  • Crewmax... awesome! - 2007 Toyota Tundra

What a truck. After multiple GMCs and Fords, this thing really gives you a confidence. I liked my GMCs and Chevys, but the issues really started to show up at around 50-60k miles. Ive owned numerous Toyota cars and love the reliability, ride and handling quality and reliability. The 5.7 engine is amazing. Absolute and instant power. The tranny is perfectly matched and smooth. Test drive one. Youll buy it.

  • Best truck ever - 2007 Toyota Tundra

Ive put a lot of miles on this truck so far. I am very impressed. No problems at all. Gas mileage is impressive 22 on highway. I towed my 24 trailer 1200 miles and averaged 17 mpg. Sold a 2006 Dodge Hemi. Never own one again 2 transmissions and i engine overhaul. And many rattles. I will stick with a Toyota. Best truck on the road.

  • Best Ive owned - 2007 Toyota Tundra

Ive had this truck for two years without a problem. I have the TRD off road version, drive the California freeways regularly and cant complain about the ride. Its stiff, but its a truck. The 4.7 engine will run with anything although I would like the 5.7 just because I like like power. On trips to Colorado and Arizona Ive averaged 19 mpg. This is with a 4:10 rear gear and mountains. Id buy another. Most reliable Ive had.

  • WOW!! - 2007 Toyota Tundra

Great truck all around. I wish I had gotten the 5.7 if I knew the truck was going to be this much fun.
