Overview & Reviews
The 2007 Toyota Tundra is completely redesigned. Larger and stronger than before, Toyota's full-size truck offers three cab sizes, three bed lengths and three engine choices, including an all-new 381-horsepower 5.7-liter V8.
- Wide range of cab and bed configurations, powerful 5.7-liter V8, high tow ratings, spacious passenger quarters, numerous safety and convenience features.
- Lots of hard plastic and a few ergonomic flaws in the cabin.

Great truck so far - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By great truck - April 15 - 7:13 amThe Tundras interior materials arent as nice as the Tacomas, but it is still as good as any other domestic. Could have used better interior materials but in a truck meant for work it is a very nice interior. This truck is a beast. Limo sized back seat, quiet beast under the hood, a mile away between driver and passenger, and very comfortable. Awesome truck. I also test drove a Ford and a Silverado.

New 2007 Tundra - the best pick - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By Dave In Prescott - April 10 - 11:23 amThis truck far exceeded by expectations. I had my doubts when I saw the size of this thing but even my wife enjoys driving it - and her car is a Lexus RX400h! Tight fit as expected from Toyota. Ive driven in my friends new F150 Super Crew Lariat and Dodge 2500 Mega Cab and the Tundra is quieter smoother and has no rattles! The SR5 has a nice set of standard features. I always recommended test driving competing models back to back. This one is a real winner!

Great Ride - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By Thomas - March 13 - 8:23 pmI have ony had this truck for a week, but its making me forget my beloved 10 year old F150 Lariat. I have the TRD package and I read about the "rough ride" of this trim. I suggest you check your tire pressure - mine was 6-7 lbs. over recommended. I towed my 22 foot pontoon through the city on a Friday evening and the truck handled the load like a champ. Acceleration and braking was very controlled and confidence-inspiring.

Great truck for a horse farm - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By Norman - March 5 - 2:00 amWe could not be happier with this truck. Used to haul a 2 horse trailer, an equipment trailer, and to generally carry heavy or bulky stuff around on our small horse farm. Have driven in very hot weather, in deep snow, in heavy rain, and have had no problems at all. Do put on studded snow tires in the winter. Factory tires get great gas mileage but wear quickly. Only complaint is the Toyota standard navigation system, which I find very difficult to use. My other vehicles have Garmin nav, which is far better and a lot less money.

Love my 07 Crewmax - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By 07CrewMax - February 5 - 2:00 pmWhat can I say about this fantastic truck. Its been 3 months since I took delivery and Ive not had a single problem. I love the 5.7L V8. Its got lots of power and my fuel economy has now reached 18.7 MPG. Not bad for a full size truck with the biggest and fastest motor in the 1/2 ton market.

Worthy Truck - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By KB2 - January 21 - 2:03 amI recently purchased the 07 Tundra. Ive had it about 3 weeks now. Its the Limited, DoubleCab, 6.5 bed, 5.7 V8, 4x4. This truck is amazing. Ive only ever owned F150s ever since I learned to drive. What a change this truck is. The power and handling is amazing. Not only does it corner like a sports sedan, but it will stop shorter than any truck Ive ever driven. The engine and transmission are smooth and quiet. When you want the power though, it does come to life and lets you know it. Good thing for the traction control or the tires would only spin. Gas mileage isnt bad. Im getting 18.5 mpg on the highway and 14.5 mpg in the city. Thats driving sensibly though.

Great Truck - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By Steve - January 4 - 3:36 pmIve put over 42,000 miles with no mechanical problems. Spend most of my day on muddy job-sites, pulling trailers, carrying 1,500 to 2,000 lbs of construction supplies and the truck has performed magnificently.

Watch Out Big 3 - Tundra is AWESOME! - 2007 Toyota Tundra
By TundraFan - January 4 - 5:30 amThis is the first time that I have bought a Toyota product after owning GM and Ford products. I traded in my Chevy for a radiant red Toyota Tundra. The Tundra offers so much power in the engine that it is almost dangerous! My three kids fit in the back of my double cab and have room to spare. My wife and I have to shout to each other because there is so much room in the front! There is so much storage space that has been thoughtfully placed. This is one excellent truck at an affordable price. This is the best purchase ever for me! :)
