Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • Excellent vehicle for any size family - 2000 Toyota Sienna

The Sienna LE is an outstanding vehicle for any size family. I love all the room, it handles very nicely and goes from slow to fast quickly. It is not sluggish, which you might expect from a minivan. This vehicle is considered a luxury vehicle to our family. Cons: The sloping front makes it difficult to determine where your front end is, I bumped into curbs a lot; still, that could just be me, I loved the Sienna.

Bought the Sienna after my Caravan died 4 years ago. I hate to say that this Sienna has been worse maintenance- wise than my Caravan. Im on my third set of brakes, my power door locks have all been replaced and my A/C compressor went out twice. Every time I take it in to have the power door locks fixed they look get this look on their faces like its the first time theyve ever seen the problem although a friend of mine who works at a Toyota dealership told me its been a fleet wide problem for years to include the same 4 Lexus door locks Ive had replaced. Now my left CV joint is clanking. The staff at the dealership acts like they work at Rolls Royce or something. Frustrating.

  • Random problems - 2002 Toyota Sienna

We went with the Toyota because of its reliability reputation. Well, I am researching other vans because for the second time in 2 years weve got major problems. The first time it took 3 trips to the dealership for them to find a cracked fuel tank. They said they have never seen damage like it in a new car. Yesterday it started grinding and whining, Today it wouldnt go into gear and has been towed to the dealership. We think the transmission is shot. Can you say lemon? (should have gone with the honda)

  • I love, love love my Sienna - 2004 Toyota Sienna

We have had our Sienna since July 03 and from the auto dimming mirror to the sunshades and 60/40 folding seats, we just love everything about it. We test drove the Sienna and Honda Odyssey and the Sienna beat the Odyssey by far. Sienna is smoother, more comfortable, and quieter, plus has a lot more features. The Siennas new look is great inside and out.

I have driven other vans over the years so when I first test drove the Toyota it was no wonder that I was extremly impressed. I have now owned my Toyota Seinna CE 8 passenger van for six months and have put 10000 miles on it and simply love driving it.

  • New To Toyota - 2004 Toyota Sienna
    By -

My husband and I are new to the Toyota line, but weve had a number of other minivans as comparisons. The Toyota Sienna is a great vehicle...comfort, style and performance. The only thing that all minivans need to improve is their fuel economy, but even there the Sienna tops the other Makes/Models weve had in the past. My primary reason for buying a Sienna was its impressive crash-test ratings as well as its Toyota durability. Thusfar we are pleased to "get the Toyota feeling!"

  • I Looooove My Van! - 2004 Toyota Sienna

What a wonderful van. I love the deep cargo well in the back, and the fold to the floor seats. My girls think it is really cool to be able to put their windows down. The 3.3 Sienna felt more powerfull than the 3.8 Caravan, and it was more fun to drive. Wouldnt trade if for the world.
