Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • Very Nice Minivan! - 2010 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Ive put 1500 mi my 1st 2 weeks of ownership. I love to drive this Van. It gets great gas mileage 25 mpg hwy. This van has plenty of power off the line and plenty of passing power. It rides more like a luxury car than a van. Its smooth and stable over bumps. Its really been a joy to drive so far. I like the shifter location over all competitor models, it is low and I can rest my hand on shifter like my car. All competitors have shifter way up high on the dash. As for style the sliding door track is located just below the window and is pretty much unnoticeable, where the Odyssey has their door track in the middle of the rear quarter panel. Sienna looks more like a car than a minivan.

  • Quite an automobile - 2004 Toyota Sienna

This is quite an automobile. I was hesitant to trade in my top-of-the- line SUV for a minivan, but with more cargo space than an SUV and all the amenities you would find in a luxury vehicle, its hard to go wrong with this one. It drives like a car and is virtually silent (as Id expect from a Toyota). All in all, I havent found a thing Id change yet, except for the sticker and inability to negotiate due to short supply--we had to wait almost 6 weeks to find one locally with all the options we wanted.

  • Head of the Class - 2004 Toyota Sienna

Ordered this from the factory and have done two 600 mi Round trip vacations in it already and not a complaint yet. Great around town, after adjusting to the size. It is our first minivan and were very happy we waited for this one. Gas mileage is great and we have to remmeber to fill the tank cause it lasts so long. Even though the size is similar to the Honda, it is comfortable to ride in, versus the airplane cabin feel you get from the Honda.

  • Before you buy 2015/2016 Sienna you should know - 2015 Toyota Sienna
    By -

2015 and 2016 Sienna is a good looking van but please do your due diligence before you buy. I wish I have done it more my self but too late now. You can buy what you like but do a search on 2015 / 2016 sienna vibration or problems because it is true and its common. I have it too and cant be fixed. Not doing enough researching for a family van I bought it because it was "TOYOTA" and have read good reviews on a 2015 Sienna with new improvements. Few days after the purchase around 300 miles on the Sienna. Feel dash, steering wheel and floor buzz vibration starting from complete stop on a hill when reaches 1150 to 1200 RPM (15~20 mph) and happens again after shifting to 2nd gear under 20 mph. Often passenger slider door gets stuck half way closing with beep and wont go back or close with switch. While holding traffic at school drop off lane switch the door switch to manual then get out show my face to angry people and have to close it manually then it works fine for a while. Both rear slider door glass makes metal tapping noise when driving with window open more than 3" under 15 ~25 miles. Sounds like glass rattling on the window channel seems like loose screw or no rubber on the channel. Front passenger door interior leather by the handle has wavy looks like from side view glue coming off or someone poked with fingers when gluing the upholstery. I have addressed these few concerns on my new sienna to the purchased dealer and they had some one from Toyota to inspect the Sienna. Conclusion to my concerns were that Toyota DSPM have compared to other sienna on the lot and since other Sienna does the same so it is normal and it is not warrantable and have no solution to correct the problems. Basically live with it or sell it because warranty is not going to cover it because its normal to them. Why is Toyota comparing with other vehicles and call it " NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE " when I want to find out how to correct the problems. Sounds like they have engineered to rattle, vibrate and no solution to the problems so live with it or sell it to someone else who can live with it. Did I miss lists of " NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE SHEET " when I bought the van? If this is the case Toyota needs to disclosed on the catalog that these van does make noise & vibrations before the purchase not after the purchased. Not too happy and already lost interest in new vehicle less than a month. Warranty and Toyota customer is really bad. Its a compared warranty not to correct them. I like the 2015 and up design but I am ready to sell my Sienna already for something else because I can not accept all these $37K normal vibrations and rattles came with the van plus Toyota said its normal too. My believe level in Toyota product is gone for good. Good luck on your decision ! !

  • Very satisfied - 2009 Toyota Sienna

From the moment my wife and I drove the new van we were completely hooked... it drives really smooth and effortlessly. I am really surprised and happy at how well the dealership has been since we purchased the vehicle and could not be more satisfied with the sales staff. We have five children and the vehicle is very durable and spacious for the kids, and the rear compartment is extremely valuable with all of its room for storage. The dvd and sound system is amazing, love the comfortable seats and leg room in the interior. The van controls are really easy and my wife became very comfortable with them quite quickly. Overall this van is a solid 9.5 out of 10. Would recommend van to anybody.

  • Minivan Rebel Turned Believer - 2004 Toyota Sienna

This is for a 2004. This vehicle handles well in different weather conditions. It has excellent environment control. I like the sharper pick-up for quick response. I am short and my husband is tall, but this minivan fits both of our needs well. I highly recommend it after comparing it to the new Quest and the Oddyssy. You cant go wrong with the new design and the reputation of Toyota.

  • Best Car Ive ever owned - 2004 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Although its a mini van, its the best car Ive ever owned. I purchased the higher end interior package. I love the leather seats, the look of the interior with the wood grain dash board. The radio controls are on the steering wheel. The interior is very spacious. Plenty of room for lots of cargo. Excellent car for those who show dogs. We carry three golden retrievers, grandpa, and my husband and I along with whatever luggage or gear to the beach. The fold up second row and the fold down third row make it very convenient to go back and forth between cargo and passengers.

  • JUST LOVE THIS VAN - 2011 Toyota Sienna

Great Van love the way it looks and rides. This is my fourth Toyota and I will keep on buying Toyota. I got a great trade in price for the 07 corolla from Toyota. Toyota did a fine job with the 2011

  • 2005 Sienna failures - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

My Sienna ran fine for first 36,000 miles. The next 20,000 miles have had numerous failures: 1) Fuel injector - $383; 2) Catalytic converter - warranty $0; 3) Fuel hose disconnect - $105 leaving me stranded 20 miles from Cody, WY; 4) Drivers door check strap $380 - the door can fold back against the fender making closure impossible! I wrote and contacted Toyota Customer Service. They initially refused to do anything, taking no responsibility. After I wrote Seiichi Sudo, President and CEO, suddenly they wanted to "help" with a $600 good faith payment on nearly $900 of repairs. I now find the door check strap cannot be re-welded and door must be replaced, a $2000 repair! Stay away!
