Overview & Reviews
Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.
In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

Currently Best Minivan on the market - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By wizdog - September 4 - 10:00 amAfter test driving the competition it is very clear why the Sienna should be on the top of your buying list. Comfort, efficiency, styling, quietness, and performance are key attributes in this redesigned minivan. Features are well thought out and plentiful, however you do have to pay with no buying incentives as demand is great.

very pleased - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By NRB - September 4 - 10:00 amI have been pleasantly pleased with this vehicle. It gets great gas mileage and is surprisingly fun to drive. Perfect vehicle for our family of five. Nice space and great power. Only complaint is that it drips water in front door windows when cracked if raining- worse than any other car I have driven.

The Best Minivan Made Today - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Ken Y - September 4 - 10:00 amAfter being let down by the Pontiac Montana (engine problems at 81k miles), and then briefly owning a Kia Sedona (small, thirsty, and poorly made), the Toyota Sienna is the best minivan Ive ever driven. Aside from the legendary reliability of Toyota, there is interior room galore, plenty of engine power, a very refined ride, and good gas mileage. Kudos to Toyota for adding the 8-passenger option. Tons of room behind the 3rd row. Feels like a Lexus. 23 mpg on a mix of city and highway driving (the Kia only got 16). Plenty of towing capacity. Look out Honda Odyssey, Sienna is the new #1. If youre considering a suburban, consider the Sienna instead!

Sienna XLE Ltd: Lexus RX33 in Disguise? - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By SF Bay Area Owner - September 4 - 10:00 amComfortable, cruises well at prolonged high speed, blurs distinction between minivans & SUVs. Cargo capacity & interior beat Honda Odyssey. DVD player, augmented by AC outlet for computer games, is great on long trips. All-wheel drive means no chains in snow. Unibody construction lowers center of gravity. SUV performance without endangering others, gulping fuel, or offending the politically correct.

Navigation system defective by design - 2010 Toyota Sienna
By fdbck - September 4 - 4:26 amThe Toyota Siennas navigation system has a "safety feature" which is not advertised anywhere, it appears to be the least talked about safety feature of any vehicle on the market. When the vehicle is moving, the navigation and phone hands free controls are locked out. They dont trust that passenger can safety change your destination with the vehicle moving. It was a waste of $2500. The voice recognition system is mostly useless, out of 10 times saying "home" it only correctly registered once. Does anyone actually like/want faux wood trim?

Dissapointment - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By tip4u - August 31 - 12:50 amI am not mechanical at all .So this review is driver experience only .After driving 37,000kms and a year in ,the 2011 Sienna is uncomfortable in the drivers seat .Cheap seats. The design of the tracks that the middle row runs on, is horrible and the seats are so heavy to remove .I am 6ft and 190 lbs 40 yrs old and find it hard to remove the middle row .When you remove the middle row and fold the rear seats becareful not to damage the rails when you put your cargo in . The exterior paint is soft and the windshield is rough when the wipers pass over it on a showery day .Looks good on the outside .Lots of cargo area . The eight passenger will not be happy.Drives nicely and pick up is good

Great Car - 2000 Toyota Sienna
By LovestoDriveSienna - August 22 - 2:00 amI have not had one single problem with my minvan in the 4 years and 74,000 miles I have driven it. Drives great even up to 80-90mph. Dependability has been awesome. As a girls soccer coach, this van has been perfect for hauling around players to games and tournaments.

WOW..do I love this van!! - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By kylemommy - August 22 - 2:00 amMy first Toyota, and boy did I choose a good one! I love this van...after coming out of a Ford Windstar (they should be ashamed they produce such a substandard product!), this Toyota is AWESOME!! no comparison...The seats are so comfortable and the automatic door is great. The folding rear seat is helpful and the inside is so spacious. If you have young children I highly recommend the DVD system...it is a life saver!
