Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • My 3 month update on 08 sienna - 2008 Toyota Sienna

This is my 3rd sienna. Replacing the 70k miles 04 in december. The new V6 is more powerful yet does not consume much more gas than 04 (20 vs 21.3). The navi is improved over the 04. The ride is just smooth. We also have a 07 odyssey, which ride much rougher and gets a lot worse gas mileage. Sienna handling is loose and brake are soft. However, the interior design is much better than Odyssey. We like the captain seat on the Sienna over the captains on the Odyssey. However, I really wished that Sienna offers 8 pax model for limited. One thing we also liked was that Sienna is a lot more roomier than Odyssey especially the 3rd row. Overal Sienna is just a superior van. Also love HID.

We had a 2000 CE...the interior difference on the 04 is huge. So much more headroom and width! Very quiet, rides nicely. Hopefully it will be as reliable as our 2000 which went 78k without a single issue.

  • Best MiniVan ever - Period - 2011 Toyota Sienna

Just cant get over the fact how good this van is despite bad publicity on Toyota vehicles. Test drove the 2011 Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country etc. They are no match. Excellent price! well worth it. I will buy Toyotas from now on! Heck with the media!

  • 2017 Sienna - 2017 Toyota Sienna

We have owned two previous Siennas, 2004 and 2007. This 2017 is a big improvement in ride, quiteness, and technology. It seems much smother. Although it has an increased HP motor, performance seems about the same, but fuel economy shows a 10% improvement.

  • Sienna rattles - 2012 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We purchased a sienna xle w prem package. After just 900 miles , we have rattles from the rear seats and the dash. Its been back to the dealer once, no fix and going back again. There are many others having similar issues. Were very disappointed. Quality is not there. We used to have a 2004 Odyssey.

  • Yup. Its a minivan - 2011 Toyota Sienna

Not really into minivans. We were looking at a Venza, but with 3 boys in hockey, we quickly decided we need the room. Plus the Sienna was about $2000 less than the Venza. Had it now for close to a month. Have had a problem with the stereo, and the transmission seems to hold gears a little long. The steering is also uninspiring. Im a little disappointed that there is no LED interior lighting and what is with the mast antenna? yea l stole that part from another review, but l feel the same way. After seeing what the 2011 Odyssey is going to look like, Im glad l bought this one

  • Incredible! - 2004 Toyota Sienna

We had been looking for this car - and every dealer was out of them and on back order. When we finally went to our 5th place, they had one and we snatched it up!

  • My Very First Van! My 6th Toyota! - 2009 Toyota Sienna

Being price conscious we opted for the CE model. It has all the features we need. We didnt need a van when our children were young, but need it for the grandchildren. Two weeks after we purchased the van, we took a 2000 mile road trip. That was when we truly fell in love with this van. We grew to appreciate the comfort of the seats and the handling of the van. It is amazingly easy to park and gets adequate mileage on a trip. We got 26- 28 mpg on a trip. In town we get an average of 20 mpg. We keep wondering why we didnt get a Sienna years ago!

  • This is a great van to own. - 2007 Toyota Sienna

This is hands down the best minivan on the market. Honda and Nissan dont even come close. First trip out we got 27.4 mpg while running the A/C. This van turns on a dime, better than our Honda Accord. Plenty of power to get you over hills. At 75 mph the engine is only running at about 2200 rpms. We test drove both the Nissan Qwest and the Honda Odyssey and neither come close to the 2007 Toyota Sienna.
