Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • Too expensive to maintain - 2006 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Had to replace 1st set of runflat tires at 23K miles ($600+). New brake pads and rotors turned at 40K miles. The "alloy" wheels are peeling. Will soon need to replace the second set of runflat tires @ 47K miles. I would put regular tires on it if there was a place for a spare. Not the quality I expected when I purchased it, first Toyota purchased and probably the last.

  • Typical Toyota Dependability - 2000 Toyota Sienna

This is an excellent family vehicle. The only real problems are the weak brakes, rattle in the rear (found in plastic panels and fixed with foam tape), and confusing accessory controls on steering wheel. Small price to pay for unequaled dependability and family safety.

  • 8 passenger LE Sienna - 2004 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Had to order vehicle ahead of time. Only downside was it took 5 weeks to get it in. We ordered 8 passenger for carpool use and love it. The rear seats fold great. There is a little nuisance in that the 2nd row seats have to be raised upright before they can be tipped forward to get access to the rear seats. Also a small nuisance in the locks. If the car is locked with the key fob, then the passengers in the car cannot unlock it using the lock/unlock switch on the driver or passenger doors. The doors have to be unlocked with the key fob. This is the smoothest ride ever. It also is very quite. Would absolutely buy again.

  • DVD system is a nightmare - 2006 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We purchased this van after renting the sienna many times for road trips. reasons are obvious: reliable, roomy, user friendly and super duper cargo friendly! We have really enjoyed the van and it has made our lives much easier. We do not care for the DVD system. It is controlled from the back only. Our children are small and are in booster seats which means we must stop the car to load/unload movies and start them. BIG PAIN in the neck. Somebody please tell Toyota to make it possible to load from the front seat, possibly by the stereo.

  • The Best!!! - 2000 Toyota Sienna
    By -

The Toyota Sienna is the best, and most reliable vehicle we have ever encountered! We have never had any problems with it, exept for a broken seatbelt once. My sister had a Ford Aerostar, and it was a piece of JUNK! IT CAUGHT ON FIRE, AC WENT OUT, AND TRANSMISSION WAS SHOT JUST 10K AFTER SHE BOUGHT IT! Also it wasnt just her AEROSTAR THAT HAD PROBLEMS, FRIENDS DID TOO! If I were you I wouldnt buy an American car, because to be honest, they dont compare to Japanese or European cars! ALSO, I DONT THINK THE ONE WHOS SAYING ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THE SIENNA IS TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH!!!!!!

  • Great history with our Sienna - 2003 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We have used this vehicle hard as our kids grew up and it has handled it well. I havent spent over $1500 in maintenance during the 8 years I have owned it (window motor, back hatch handle, couple of oxygen sensors and a set of struts)

  • Great family van - 2016 Toyota Sienna

  • Great vehicle; great dealership - 2011 Toyota Sienna

I love this Sienna; I test drove a KIA Sedona then the Sienna and I am glad that I bought the Sienna. McGeorge Toyota is an awesome dealership.

  • Almost There... - 2001 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Being hard to please, I find this vehicle worth owning. It is our first van and Im glad we have it. We have two children and an 80lb dog that fit just perfectly. If my family were larger, Id probably go with something larger. Im still trying to figure out why people dont like the look of this vehicle.

  • Winter brake freeze - 2014 Toyota Sienna
    By -

I just returned from the Toyota dealer. I had made an appointment to repair the rear brakes that freeze every time the van is washed in winter. I was told by the service advisor not to wash the van when the temperature is below 32 degrees. I have owned several other mini vans & cars & have never heard of anyone being told not to wash your vehicle. We will never buy another Sienna again. It is a 2014 XLE and was purchased new.
