Overview & Reviews
Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.
In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

Best family vehicle I have ever owned - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By aero1964 - October 25 - 12:50 amWell I will start out with that I had another minivan that was junk. It sat at the dealership for about 30 days for a clunking noise, so I said thats it. I went to a toyota dealership and purchased my van. I have added xm radio mounted on the far left corner at top of my windshield and radar detector on the top left of my rear view mirror and navigation unit on the top right of my rear view mirror, all units are hard wired in.

Beats SUV - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By T. Scheller - October 16 - 10:00 amTraded the Ford Explorer Limited for the XLE with option package #12. I liked the Explorer but the Sienna beats it hands down for gas milage, ease of entry, ride and comfort. It is also very quiet. It has plenty of power to pass and merge and is very easy to drive. We drove all the competition and this beats the Honda for comfort, fit,and finish and we liked it better than the Chrysler just on the rear seats and reliablility. Weve had it for 4 months and 3000+ miles and have no regrets.

Clearwater Florida - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Henry Stein - October 16 - 10:00 amThe only problem Ive found is that the manual side doors of my LE are very hard to open and close... The dealership has not provided a fix (yet).. but I hope that on my 10k mile service this will be fixed. I have heard from other Sienna owners that their vans have the same problem.

Toyota Sienna - Great vehicle - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By leograndee - October 16 - 10:00 amThis is the second Sienna I have owned. My first was a 2000 model. I traded for the 2004 in June 03 for the 2004. My 2000 only had 36,000 miles on it but I fell in love with my new one.It handles like a dream, smooth ride, really good looking vehicle. If Toyota continues with this excellence, Ill never want to drive any other vehicle than a Sienna.

Grille design allows condenser damage - 2009 Toyota Sienna
By Dave Shantz - October 15 - 9:23 pmI just found out my AC condenser leaked all the freon due to a stone impact. The openings in the front grille measure two inches by three- quarters of an inch. This design allows stones to impact the condenser directly behind the grille. The $1300 repair cost should be covered under warranty, but its NOT!!!! I bought a new car so that I wouldnt have to pay for these kind of repair costs. Buyer beware.

Well built - 2000 Toyota Sienna
By will199104 - October 15 - 6:30 pmI bought my sienna in 2005 with 75K; 7 years later it now has 160K and is still running strong. In my opinion the sienna is rather homely when compared to other minivans, however it makes up for this with its excellent built quality and reliability. I have never had any problems with this van is the seven years that I owned it. It has excellent build quality both under the hood as well as in the body (very sturdy). It is not very fun to drive but I have yet to find a minivan that is. The sienna does have an excellent ride both on the highway as well as in the city. I am amazed at how well it has held up over the years.
