Overview & Reviews
Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.
In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

OUR VAN - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Penny Johnson - November 16 - 2:00 amWe love our van, the entertainment system keeps the kids quiet as can be! It drives perfectly! One flaw, the right passenger middle row seat, the seatbelt does not go back in place after the passenger leaves the vehicle. VERY ANNOYING!!

Perfect family car - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Anders Olsen - November 13 - 4:46 amWe have been extremely satisfied with this minivan. Especially the interior design and the power sliding doors which makes it much easier for the kids to get in and out safely.

GOOD VAN, GOOD PRICE - 2003 Toyota Sienna
By PJ - November 9 - 10:00 amMY WIFE AND I BOUGHT OUR SIENNA TWO WEEKS AGO. I DONT REGRET IT A BIT. I LIKE THE PERFORMANCE AND THE LOOK. IM NOT BIG ON ALOT OF AMENITIES SO THE CE MODEL WITH THE EXTRA VALUE PACKAGE IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE. THE RIDE IS GREAT AND THE MILEAGE IS PRETTY GOOD. 19 IN TOWN AND 24 HIGHWAY IS DECENT FOR A MINI VAN AND YOU CANT BEAT TOYOTA QUALITY. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE NOISE THE AIR CONDITIONER MAKES WHEN THE COMPRESSOR CYCLES EVERY MINUTE OR SO, BUT THE MECHANIC SAID IT WAS NORMAL AND WOULDNT HURT ANYTHING. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR QUALITY AT A GOOD PRICE, THE SIENNA CE IS A GREAT CHOICE.

Amazing Gem of a vehicle - 1999 Toyota Sienna
By scott2011 - November 4 - 11:48 amI thought I would never be a mini van family. I started out with a excursion for my family of 5-WAY TO THIRSTY and doesnt drive near as fun/GREAT as a Sienna. I drove a 04 Sienna than a 06 absolutely LOVED the way they handled, felt, and drove. I looked high and low for a a 04 or newer in my price range 11K it was not happening then I came across my new 99 Sienna XLE-I had my doubts at 1st. I didnt drive a 99 and with 159K mls??. THE XLE has beautiful leather seats and it still drove like it just came off the show room floor. These Siennas are so remarkable do not short change yourself and settle with competition without driving Sienna first. It is truly a luxury mini above the rest.

Did I Get A LEMON? - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By mdinkel - November 3 - 9:06 am2006 Sienna LE - bought new, now has 65,000 mi. Live on country roads and am 8 mi one way to school and 25 mi to a Toyota dealership. Took it to dealership a year ago for the engine lights coming on and a belt squeak. They said I must have has some bad gas and the belt was not squeaking. Alls fine right? NOT. A year later (7-20 08) take it back because the AC went out. Just thought it was a belt. The magnetic coil is out and they told me the catalytic converter is out and the oxygen sensor. The driver side slide door will not open at all! Many other things wrong too! I asked the service manager if this is normal to have these things go out with only 65000 mi. He said no. $1500

Toyota Quality/Reliability??? - 2000 Toyota Sienna

Solid car but torture to drive - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By Dalpine - November 1 - 4:43 pmThe lack of support in drivers seat combined with pronounced leaning into turns can result in chronic back problems. The pain is not lessened by the lumbar that feels like a football in your back. Fuel mileage extremely poor. I regret buying it.

Great for the whole family - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By TucsonMom - October 30 - 7:03 amI am a long time owner of Toyota vehicles so I didn’t need to be sold on the quality. Plus, Toyotas hold their value so you don’t lose much buying new. I just wanted to make an educated decision. I researched this van for over a month. I found the “real owner” reviews to be great. This van came highly recommended. Most importantly this van has great safety features for your family. My whole family is safe in this van. I love the way it drives. You feel like you’re gliding around in traffic. I can carry 8 people around with the a/c full blast and I still have excellent power.

Its as advertised - 2007 Toyota Sienna
By dano257 - October 25 - 10:23 pmOnly had it a few days but it is a nice van. I had a Ford Freestar Limited with all the bells and whistles that were available. It was all the bells and whistles that would break or cause me a problem. The LE with pkg #3 is everything I need, but nothing extra that could break or give me a headache. The Toyota just "feels" like a quality vehicle.
