Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

With about 1500 miles on the odometer, I am very impressed with the build quality of this car. There are simply no manufacturing flaws. There are a few minor design annoyances but the good points far outweigh the bad. Mileage is about 20 with mixed driving, expecting it to improve. The interlock that prevents the left sliding door from trashing the gas filler door when its open, has already proven its worth during a refueling stop. The power rear vents are a lifesaver when you have "gassy" children riding with you. It doesnt have the same precise on- center feel as our old Honda van, but that may be due to the tires, or just the fact that its a bigger car.

This is my first mini van. I purchase the Toyota because it had the best ride and most power. I test drove five manufacturers. I am avg 23 MPG with a heavy foot. I have 3500 miles in 3 weeks (vacation trips). Only issues: the stereo is a little weak. The indash CD is nice, just the sound is not as good as I expected. It does play CDs the MP3 format. I have about 900 songs in the CD drive. The other issue, you can control the rear air fan speed from the front, but not the temp. You have to reach behind you and adjust the temp from the rear control. Not a safe thing, if the van is moving. I can do it, but I dont like to. Other than that, I absolutely love the van.

Has a very smooth ride and short turn radius. Good interior storage capabilities compared to other vans we have owned.

Have had ride and tire wear problems since day one. Dealer had me buy new wheel, no improvement. Toyota Customer Service is the absolute pits and there is no way I would ever recommend that anybody ever buy a vehicle from Toyota of Melbourne, FL.

I bought my 2009 Toyota Sienna a few days ago and already put 200 miles on it. I love driving it, it is very comfortable both the ride and all the seats. The power of the 3.5L V6 is amazing for being in such a big van. I have 200 miles on my van and i just got to a half tank, the engine is not yet broken in yet. The DVD player is clear and it comes with an awesome JBL sound system. I would recommend the Sienna over any minivan. It comes standard with the Toyota Star Safety System, which has VSC, Traction control, ABS, Brake assist, and 7 standard airbags. Go look at one, you wont be disappointed.

Driving this car is the best experience: comfortable, convenient, effortless -- particularly, because I care for two disabled persons -- its the best designed vehicle for this purpose.
