Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • Lexus in disguise - 2010 Toyota Sienna

Did a lot of research.Toss up between Sienna & Odyssey. I am disabled and need a AWD vehicle that can accommodate my scooter and me. I have a wooden right leg and need room to bend the leg to hit the gas. Dash board is high enough with no interference. AC outlet lets me charge scooter. The color is Silver Pine Mica with a Taupe Interior. It looks like a Lexus inside with the wood grain on the steering wheel, dash, and arm rests. Folding mirrors are the best thing they ever did.Should be standard on all vans. I have every option on this van except Lasser Cruise, HID Headlights, Spoiler & Satellite Radio. I wish it had the HID Headlights Standard with the Limited Pkg.

  • A major mama gripe with design - 2013 Toyota Sienna
    By -

As a mom I like this kid wagon pretty well, but have one major gripe with the design. Its obviously meant to haul children, and almost all children are in some sort of safety restraint/seat these days. Problem is, the 2nd and 3rd row seats have this ridiculous incline, about a 45 degree incline toward the back. What they really need to start at is about ground level for proper installation of car seats. Ive had to roll a towel to stick under a car seat before, but this is insane. Who thought this was a good idea?? You really have to rig it to get the child seat at the proper angle, especially for the youngest children (newborns and babies) who are rear-facing and need to be reclined.

  • Great van - 2005 Toyota Sienna

I have had no problems with this van. I run a daycare and with six children in care you are bound to have problems with getting in and out and the comfort, but with the sienna it is extremely easy to get in and out. Also, with the room that it has when the back seats are folded down is wonderful. We do a lot of traveling and this van is the most comfortable vehicle that I have traveled in.

  • Great Value - 2003 Toyota Sienna

We bought the LE Symphany Package Sienna after looking at the Honda Pilot, Honda Odessy, Pontiac Montana and GMC Envoy. The Honda products were going for about $500 over MSRP, the GMC cost well over $40,000. And the Pontiac dealer seemed sceptical of his own product, wanted us to look at the Aztek instead. For an-out-the-door price of $25,700 and 4.95% financing, we felt that we got a great deal. Its spacious, as sporty as a mini-van can be, and has great pep.

  • A Minivan Well-Suited for the Family - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

I bought my minivan half expecting it to be as lackluster as my 2000 GMC Safari, but it was more than that. The Toyota Sienna has all the amenities I looked for in a minivan. Even though I could have shelled out a few thousand more for the Limited AWD edition like my mother in law, I am very pleased with its performance and reliability factors. Plus my kids (all boys mind you) enjoy the spacious leg room the van affords us, plus it has a deceptively big trunk space for all that crap I have to lug around. I hope this rating helps just a little...oh and the mileage were getting out of it is pretty good. Go to Toyotas website to see more about the van. :)

I highly recommend this minivan... with all the storage space and extras they put into it this year... it is well worth the money. Minivans have come a long way since I was a kid, and this one is at the top of the line for quality and bang for your buck

  • 2004 Sienna - Take a LOOK! - 2004 Toyota Sienna

Prev Chrysler Minivan owner-LOVE the Sienna! I have 5 kids and it leaves room in the DEEP trunk for cargo AND kid things! DVD player and additional plug ins for CD Players wonderful! LOVE THE LOOK and the DRIVE. Very comfortable and SAFE FEELING. Have to get accustom to the blind spots in the back and sides due to the high middle seat backs-and do not rely on the rear bumper sensors, they ocassionally do not "see" whats in their peripheral. All in all, it is THE BEST vehicle I have ever purchased and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ED at LOMBARD TOYOTA (where purchased) in Lombard, IL-GREAT customer service and very trusting/ethical to work with. Also Steve/Elmhurst Toyota

  • Toyota hits another homerun. - 2006 Toyota Sienna

We bought it in 06/06 and could not be happier. Everything works well and we are in the middle of a road trip (1100+ mi.). With 7 passengers and a full load of luggage, we are averaging 22.13 mpg. The van performs well under all conditions and has all the features that we needed and even some that we wanted. No mechanical problems at all. It compares well with other vehicles we tested and better than most. We have 5 children and all have found their favorite spot.

  • WOW - 2004 Toyota Sienna

We Just traded our 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan EX in for the Sienna XLE about a week ago. We looked at the Honda Odyssey but I didnt like the dashboard design, very plain, and also I thought the leather seats were very hard. I love that the Sienna used a 60/40 split for thier 3rd row seat. With 3 kids its nice to have the abuility to only fold down part of that seat. The best feature of all was fuel economy. Our Grand Caravan averaged around 19.5 under our normal driving conditions, but with the Sienna under the same driving conditions we got 26.8 for an average on our first tank and the engine isnt even broke in yet.

  • Nice, but not quite there - 2006 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We were very excited about the DVD and navigation in our Toyota - however we have been very disappointed with the amount of babysitting Toyota does. There are a lot of little things that make owning a Toyota annoying. - You cant dial a phone # or look up an address in the nav unless you are completely stopped. Also you cant control the DVD for the kids unless you put on the parking brake! The laser cruise control puts about 10 car lengths or more between you and the car in front of you and you cant change it. The placement of the oil filter and where you pour the oil is poor - you have to pour VERY slowly or goes everywhere! Also the back tail gate has had 3 different problems!
