Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • I NEVER thought I would buy a minivan - 2003 Toyota Sienna
    By -

I decided to get rid of my Isuzu Rodeo because I was tired of the truck like ride. I came into the dealership to buy a Camry. I drove the Sienna just because, and I feel in love with it. Smooth ride, extreme confort. Prior to driving, and ultimately purchasing, I would hyperventilate just thinking about owning a minivan. Forget the stigma, this minivan drives/rides like a dream.

  • Wow what a van - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

A couple of years ago, we had to retire our 88 Camry with 450,000 km on it and the engine was still in OK shape!. We have gone back to more luxurious camping and like our eureka tent and Bring your own bed, we brought a Sienna. I have 50,000 km on it and can you believe it; not one thing has gone wrong; I mean nothing. On a trip through the rockies and on to the west coast, this van not only gave us pretty good mileage but never once experienced any difficulty with climbing those mountains. Driving the double lane Coquihalla, we were able to keep it at 120km per hour without any difficulty.

  • 2015 Sienna SE drifting issue - 2015 Toyota Sienna
    By -

. Overall I love the minivan except for one issue 1. My van is brand new 2015 but it has drifting issue. Tired over a long trip because you constantly have to keep your hand on the steering wheel. As soon as you let it goes, the van either drifting to the left and right. I have the Dealer do the front end alignment and tire rotation but it is not helping. At first I thought is the tire pressure but I did make sure the pressure level the same for all tires and to the recommended PSI (36). I wonder if anyone out there has the same problem and got it fixed. I am not sure if the tires are the issue or not either. 2. I called Toyota directly and they state there is no report on the drifting issue but I found a few comment on the web regarding drifting issue on the SE model even when the Van is brand new. Anyone out there got the same issue and figured out what the problem is please let me know. Thank

  • I like Toyotas. However... - 2007 Toyota Sienna
    By -

First year my battery died off, first year had a new transmission to my XLE limited edition. Year and a half, had a new ac compressor. Third year, starting to have problems with my transmission again. I bought the vehicle brand new. I just can not believe this. I think very highly about Toyotas: there quality is the best. I just got a bad one, unfortunately.

  • Previa it is not - 2004 Toyota Sienna
    By -

After donating a 1991 Previa DX 5 sp after 13 yrs & 250K miles without a single visit to the dealer for service, Sienna was an obvious choice. In the Previa, on trips to Lake Tahoe, I would drive it like a sports car (almost!) but based on 2 days of driving, I will not be doing that in this van. After trying to find an 8 seater with opt pkg 3 in red salsa pearl (why dont they call it maroon), I settled for a 7 seater with opt pkg 4. It has plenty of power, good gas mileage and typical Toyota boring ride (Previa was an exception). A well built van.

  • Good for long distance travel - 2009 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We bought the vehicle to replace an older Sienna. We have driven it more than 17,000 miles and have had no issues with the van. Good acceleration, comfortable on long trips and great mileage (as much as 26+ on a 1800 mile trip). We like the bluetooth and navigation system, backup camera and automatic side doors and rear gate. Smooth and comfortable ride with great turning radius.

  • A brilliant vehicle - 1999 Toyota Sienna

I bought it new and done 180000K. Only maintenance so far is replacing power steering pump and routine maintenance of brakes and timing belt twice as per schedule. We were so impressed with Sienna,we bought a second Sienna for my wife!

  • Happy Shopper - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Nice van...drives like a car. Its smooth and acceleration is adequate. Plenty of leg room even in the 3rd row passenger seat. Accessories are conveniently located. Lots of cup holders and smalll auxillary storages. Havent had the chance to feel the AWD drive...hoping it matches our expectation during inclement weather. So far, we havent reached the average 20-22mpg that the dealership advertises. The message center rates our trip at an average of 14mpg. But overall, were very pleased!

  • IT DOESNT COME ANY BETTER - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

This is a dream van. Its got it all, including the Toyota quality. Its extremely comfortable, even for short overweight drivers. It rides and handles like a high-end sedan. The rear seat is easy to fold, the automatic rear door opener and closer is a real boon to vertically challenged people. We purchased our vehicle from Tuscaloosa Toyota. From sales to service they have been awesome! Weve purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, but we have never dealt with a better dealership. If youre looking to purchase a van...this is the one to get. ITS GREAT!
