Overview & Reviews
Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.
In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

Excellent buy - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By nice van - September 2 - 2:00 amBought our van in April and have 8k on it. Build quality is excellent and we have had absolutely no problems. We have 3 young children and avoided a minivan at all costs, but love the functionality of this van. It has made our lives easier. Interior is a very nice place to spend time, and it is by far the best looking minivan. The new Honda does not even compare and we looked when it came out. Great gas mileage especially considering the power this van has. Major bang for the buck if you avoid silly and pricey options.

One step forward, half step back. - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By Freshies - August 31 - 5:43 pmFor reference, we owned a 07 Odyssey Touring, test drove the previous gen Sienna & road tripped ~1000mi in this 11. The new Sienna has a significantly improved drivetrain. The engine is strong & passing is easier than in the Odyssey. The steering is accurate though lifeless. And the brakes are better than the Hondas. In terms of driving, the new Sienna & the Odyssey are equal & both are far better than the last gen Sienna. Everything else, however, seems not as good. The plastics are about the cheapest Ive encountered outside a rental car. The road noise is far worse than the last gens. The 2nd row lazy-boy seats are a useless gimmick. The backup cameras display is microscopic.

Major problems again and again - 2003 Toyota Sienna
By Julie - August 28 - 5:53 pmIve had this van since 50K miles, now has 66K. First at 50K the rear main engine seal needed to be replaced... major job! Now at 66K the engine oil light is on. It will be in the shop for awhile, at minimum will need a new oil pump ($800) and it may need an entire new engine! I really expected much more from Toyota. What good is having the Toyota name if I need to get a different engine?? Very disappointed!

Great Van - 2000 Toyota Sienna
By Ellyn - August 28 - 10:00 amAfter much research, I narrowed it down to Odyssey or Sienna. I went with Toyota because it gets better fuel economy. The Sienna is a joy to drive, gets 25mph highway, 17 town. Except when Im towing a boat, of course. :) Total tow weight is 1200 pounds- loaded with boat and camping gear it slows down on hills, but not uncomfortably. Great van, great dealership. I couldnt be more pleased.

Glad we got it ! - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By John - August 27 - 6:13 pmI purchased a XLE with # 8 package (DVD, NAV, etc...) and could not be happier. Looked at all of the usual suspects. I love everything about this van. the interior oozes quality. Fit and finish are superb. Performance is as expected for a vehicle of this size. I am impressed with initial fuel mileage. You cannot go wrong with a Toyota!!

GREAT VEHICLE - 2005 Toyota Sienna
By Pat - August 21 - 7:23 amWonderful on a trip. Feel uncomfortable on wet roads and sometimes when pulling out seems like it slides or skids. Maybe just the driver.
