Overview & Reviews
Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.
In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

My 4th Sienna - 2009 Toyota Sienna
By Sienna Mom - March 31 - 1:40 amI love my Sienna! My friends cant believe that I traded in my BMW M3 for a minivan. Being a mom, family safety and comfort was at the forefront of my decision but I started to really like the aesthetics of the minivan. I was surprised at the turn radius and also the pep. I have to say that I cannot live without the remote sliding doors/trunk, AWD, DVD, and rear camera. Ive been trading in my old Siennas for a new one every 2 years or so because I love them so much (not because Ive had any problems with them). I keep changing colors and havent yet decided which is my favorite yet. I love the AWD and run flat tires (makes me feel safer with the family on board).

Best Vehicle Ever - 2005 Toyota Sienna
By oldsfun - March 28 - 9:06 pmI am not a minivan person, but after driving the Sienna, I was converted. It is the best riding, handling, and roomiest vehicle on the market. The price is higher, but you get what you pay for. I drove all of the GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda and Kia. The Toyota was the best! The overall vehicle is the best minivan on the market. This is a Camry with a lot of room!

Love it so far - 2007 Toyota Sienna
By Stan - March 25 - 3:33 pmTraded a 2005 Sienna. 07 is same basic vehicle, but theyve improved and tweaked lots of little things. Noticably more power. Tight and solid (so far). Very smooth, quiet, no wind noise, beautiful new dash lighting. Great fit and finish. Seats could use more thigh support. Overall we are very, very pleased. Gas mileage appears to be about 18 city, 25 highway. We both love to drive it!

Love my Van! - 2008 Toyota Sienna
By Anita - March 25 - 6:06 amI dont even have any small kids. I have a son playing football 650 miles from home and have driven this van in all kinds of conditions. I havent had a major problem at all in 40K miles. We got it so loaded up that my friend calls it a "living room on wheels". My dealer is a gem! I developed a little rattle and they took care of it 1-2-3 can gave me a loaner for the day. The car tailgates like a champ. The automatic tailgate is a great convenience when my arms are full. Its the most reliable car (my first Toyota) that Ive ever had.

06 Sienna - 2006 Toyota Sienna
By Breslau - March 21 - 12:33 pmOverall I have been pretty satisfied with our new Sienna. The ride is fairly smooth and the engine seems more than adequate. If I can trust the onboard computer, the gas mileage has been what I expected. We were actually averaging above the stated MPG on the sticker on a recent trip to the NC Outer Banks. For those who complain that the Sienna leans more in the curves than a similar Honda... well, one shouldnt expect a vehicle of this size to handle like a sedan. After all, its a van!

Not a minivan person - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By NB - March 19 - 12:50 amI did not want a minivan. I had a 12 year old Tacoma on big tires and I LOVED it. With the upcoming hope of a 2nd child, my husband convinced me to get a minivan. I am a convert - this van is awesome and the convenience factors outweigh any cares I have of what anyone thinks about me because I drive a minivan! This Sienna is a dream to own, a dream to drive, a dream just to go shopping in because all the auto doors are so convenient. Its roomy and comfortable inside, sometimes I ride in the 2nd row seats just because theyre so comfy. Weve already taken a 4 day road trip with the toddler and dog and it was a great way to travel! The front row passenger seat lays almost flat to sleep in.

Impressed by Toyota - 2001 Toyota Sienna
By dh - March 17 - 1:06 pmDecent space for family of 6. Nice interior, comfortable seats. Exc sound sys (prem.). So-so heat in MN winter. Good AC. Gets 26 mpg carrying a full load on hwy. The only problem is that the drivers mirror has become balky. NO other problems. Best reliability of anything weve owned. Nothing rattles or squeaks. I bought it primarily for the power. I was stunned at how quick the Sienna moved when I test drove it. More understeer than I like but thats FWD for you, replacement tires helped a lot. Im buying more Toyotas!

Couldnt ask for more out of a minivan - 2000 Toyota Sienna
By TomboJambo - March 15 - 12:20 amNo significant mechanical problems in over 150,000 miles. If you want a reliable van, this is it! And the ride is quite comfortable, too.

By Far The Best Vehicle Ive Ever Owned - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By brlaity - March 12 - 2:30 amI have never really been a "mini-van" person, But I have to admit that there is truly no better vehicle for a growing family than the Toyota Sienna. This van has more than enough room for two growing boys and all of the things that my wife and I need to transport. The ride is excellent and, even though it is big, it handles like a car and I have yet to find any major "blind spots." Overall a seriously comfortable and economical ride that will make even the most adamant anti-minivan folks think twice.
