Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

Excellent ride when fully loaded with 7 adults. Instruments easy to read. Great headlights. Well designed interior with lots of storage. Drove the Honda but much quieter ride in the Sienna.

After being a Ford owner for the past 15 years and coming off owning a Ford Windstar, I find mt new Sienna a refreshing breathe of fresh air. The ride is so much smoother, the engine is so quiet that I sometimes have to look at the dash console to see if the car is actually running. I find the turning radius is not only superior to any Van I have driven and I had tested quite a few before buying the Sienna, but tighter than many cars I have driven in. That along with the many saftey features than come standard in the Sienna have made me a big Toyota fan. I also would like to thank the Knowledgeable staff for making it an enjoyable experience.

  • Hands down the best on the market - 2004 Toyota Sienna

We looked at all the minivans on the market and settled or final inspection on Nissan, Honda and Toyota. We chose these three because customer satisfaction, resale value, reliability and features of the van. Nissan was quickly eliminated as some of the features on theinterior were cheap in appearance for a van of its price. . We purchased an XLW with DVD system which came with package #16 the light metallic blue color. We were surprised that the dealer actually negogiated a fair price instead of MSRP and located our vehicle.

  • Reasons to stay with a Toyota. - 2002 Toyota Sienna

We have always owned Toyotas. We needed a mini-van with young children. We made a huge mistake - bought new Dodge Mini-van on impulse. Nothing but problems. We went to the Sienna and are very happy. The quality is unmatched in every category. We will never buy anything except Toyota again. Ride, resale, reliability can not be beat especially by a Dodge.

  • True love.... - 2003 Toyota Sienna

We love our Sienna! We purchased the XLE!" impressive, considering that my husband is known as the ultimate miser! After research, and shopping around, we found just the vehicle. As for the miser, well he says its the best money weve ever spent! Weve had really good reliability with Toyotas, as have our family members (15yrs+) I mentioned miser! We took our first Sunday drive in 12 years just because we enjoy riding in such comfort. The quiet and gentle ride makes conversation enjoyable. Back seat climate control makes kids comfy, and the video entertainment (with cordless headphones....not too expensive either, and well worth the few dollars)keeps the trip pleasent!

I bought this vehicle two weeks ago. Had to pay extra for the premium white (Arctic Frost Pearl) paint, but its worth it. It looks soooo good. Did a 400km trip (250 miles) over last weekend, and it was GREAT. I love the power of the 3.3L, the smooth ride, and the fit and finish.

  • Disappointed - 2004 Toyota Sienna

We have had continued problems with our 04 Sienna and are very disappointed. We have had the gas tank replaced twice and the radiator replaced once. The van fails to accerlerate at times in very dangerous situations. We like the styling of the van but would be hesitant to recommend. This is our 2nd try with Toyota. Our 1st was with an 01 Sienna which incurred engine gelling. We thought Toyota was supposed to represent quality (?)

  • Toyota of SunnyvAle does not honor warranty servic - 2015 Toyota Sienna
    By -

I have a 2015 Super White Sienna SE with Premium package. After 1 month, I have been experiencing issues with the Navigation: It powers down while in use and it freezes periodically. When I brought it in Toyota of Sunnyvale, they refused to look into it even though I have the issue on video. I dont recommend a Toyota Sienna until they fix the issue and also alert their Toyota dealers of the problem. When I spoke to Toyota they said that they cannot force a dealership to look into it. So it is tough to buy a product that Toyota cannot stand by and Toyota of Sunnyvales Director of Service, Bob Pelletier even cussed me out when I tried to get him to look into it. I do love the Sienna if it wasnt for the jittery Navigation system.

  • Excellent OVERALL Package - 2014 Toyota Sienna

First minivan and I love it. Im more focused on practicality in our family and after noticing that my 4 year old nephew had issues climbing into our Traverse, I knew it was time to think seriously about a minivan. We owned a 2010 Venza which we traded in after 75,000 miles and other a slight manufacturing defect with the 4-cylinder engine which was repaired under warranty, I took care of that car and it hummed along at 75,000 miles like that day we drove it off the lot. Needless to say I was sold on Toyota and noticed the difference in long-term build quality between it and our Traverse.
