Model Overview:

Buyers looking for a smart choice in the minivan segment will undoubtedly find themselves considering the Toyota Sienna. Since its introduction in 1998, the Sienna has won over families with its versatility, features, safety record and reputation for reliability.

In reviews, we've lauded the Sienna for its smooth, refined ride and easy-to-drive nature. Another plus is that Toyota has generally offered all-wheel drive on the Sienna, making it a more practical alternative to large three-row crossover SUVs. More recent Siennas can be downright plush in higher trim levels, and there's even an SE model with a sport-tuned suspension that's genuinely sporty. Whichever version you choose, you'll be getting one of the most dependable and rewarding minivans on the market.

  • New LE 8 pass over the Odyssey - 2005 Toyota Sienna
    By -

We purchased a 2005 LE-8 pass with pkg 8 (DVD etc). We selected it over the odyssey for the two reasons that the 8th seat is much more comfortable than the middle/middle seat in the ody and because it can tow our tent trailer easier. I liked the guages, auto-temp control, dual power doors, 6 disc CD, and handling on the ody. However, with 3 sons and tons of camping trips - I needed 3 comfortable seats in the middle and Honda blew it. Seat fabric is fair (shows wear from our car seat after two months) and the pull cords for the seat recliners is a pain. Sienna has 3rd row vent windows, better 2nd row fold/tumble seats, smoother transmission, better pricing- $5k off price. so far so good.

  • great family vehicle - 2004 Toyota Sienna

wife wanted it for the safety features, third baby coming--nice upgrade over the 2003 so 2004 a must have, we are a Toyota only family, very roomy. We added a tow hitch and tinted windows. The CE was our favorite choice because to get the LE we figure it just has more electronic gizmos that may break. So far happy with purchase

  • MY SIENNA - 2002 Toyota Sienna

I PURCHASED THIS SIENNA BECAUSE OF TOYOTAS REPUTATION AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH TOYOTA. IT RIDES LIKE A CAR.I LIKE THE DESIGN. THE DRIVERS ARM REST COULD BE A LITTLE LOWER AND IT COULD USE MOULDING ON THE SIDES TO PROTECT THE DOORS BUT I AM VERY PLEASED OVERALL.

  • #1 van - 2005 Toyota Sienna

We thought about buying the Honda, but with no All Wheel Drive - why bother? I love this van and I dont even like vans to begin with. This is a superior vehicle.

  • Id do it again - 2000 Toyota Sienna

I purchased my 2000 Sienna CE new after buying a used Camry. The Toyota quality is fantastic. I rent mini-vans of all makes with my employment so I was familiar with competing products. I test drove the Sienna and bought it on the spot and took it home to my wife who is thrilled with the car. The ride is very smooth and quiet. We are comfortable and well rested after a long trip. I am currently pricing a new 2002 Sienna to replace this one

  • Just Turned 200,000! - 1999 Toyota Sienna

Normal maintenance, some extra cleaning of rear breaks, regular synthetic oil changes. Had one handle break at 120,000. Replaced it myself. Starter replaced at 140,000. Luv the car.

  • Sienna opinion - 2006 Toyota Sienna
    By -

Drove the Sienna from Indiana to S.Carolina. Ride is excellent. Mileage was not as good as expected (21 mpg on road). Seems to be underpowered (shifted a lot going up even small hills). A lot more engine noise than expected. All in all reasonably satisfied.

Great van!!!!!!!!!! Fun to drive and layed out very well

  • Good family hauler - 2004 Toyota Sienna
    By -

I have owned my Sienna for less than a year, yet have already discovered this vans virtues. It is very much the Camry of minivans: it is not a particularly exciting or involving vehicle to drive, but it gets you and 6 friends from point A to point B with little fuss. The drivetrain is refined and ride comfort is very good. All the vehicles controls are simple to operate, and interior space is excellent. So far, Ive averaged 9.5L/100km (25mpg) in mixed city/hwy driving, which is better than some 4cyl cars. I cant really comment on long-term reliability, but I havent encountered any problems yet with the van. Overall, its a very practical vehicle to own, albeit not a very inspiring one.

  • Sienna is Best - 2006 Toyota Sienna

The Sienna gives a very smooth and comfotable ride. It handles great. Gas milage is comparable with other minivans. It is very dependable and is absolutely great for the family. Everybody can get in and out very easily.
