Overview & Reviews
Toyota's mini-SUV receives just a couple cosmetic changes this year. Models ordered with the Quick Order package now have gray-painted bumpers and overfenders, and Toyota has added color-keyed bumpers and overfenders to the "L" package. There are also three new L package colors: Rainforest Pearl, Spectra Blue Mica and Pearl White (Natural White and Vintage Gold have been discontinued).
- Steers and handles like a car, thoughtful cabin design, well-built interior.
- No V6 engine option, noisy, most desirable equipment is optional.

A big NO to Toyota again - 2002 Toyota RAV4
By Phyllis - December 27 - 12:50 pmThe car is ok apart from the check engine light that keeps coming on. Had the ECM reprogrammed but so far nothing has changed. I wonder if Toyota still stands by their product if they cant take the responsibility of acknowledging their mistakes. I will never buy a Toyota car again.

Beware Im done with all Toyota products - 2002 Toyota RAV4
By 2002Rav4Sucks - October 25 - 5:40 pmDont buy Toyota. Read the reviews here. All of them. Some people even posted a good review before the on- board computer fried and then burn the transmission. Lemon - 2002 Toyota RAV4
By Rav Junk - February 21 - 10:00 amI have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since I bought it. I have had it back to the dealership 4 times for a rattle in the dash board. On the third visit, the service tech severely damaged the dash board and surrounding components. Rattle still there. Filed under the Lemon Law. I cant wait to get rid of it!
