Hard not to like! - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By Really Picky - November 23 - 12:53 amIve driven Explorers, 4runners and Grand Cherokees, this is by far the most car-like ride quality of any mid-sized Sport Ute. Its also the best average gas mileage Ive ever had with a Sport Ute. The rear seats are some of the quickest to lay flat that Ive encountered.

Family Guy - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By The New Father - November 4 - 10:00 amPass a highlander on the road and it caught my attention! Showed one to the wife and she said she hated the look. We started to look at jeeps (Grand Cherokee). After talking with the Jeep Dealer, I convinced the wife to test drive the highlander anyway. To make a long story short, we purchase the highlander. The one we purchased we reserved before it it was delivered to the dealer. This was after the Jeep dealer had done a dealer trade for the exact jeep that we requested.

A Great SUV - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By Ryan S - October 31 - 10:00 amWeve owned our Hilander for almost 3 years now and had to take to the dealer once because the sunglass holder broke. Other than that this vehicle has been by far the best SUV weve ever owned. We plan on keeping it for several more years, and most likely will by another one, this time with the third row seating.

Great car, not truck - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By jpark - September 3 - 2:03 amTest drove the HL V-6 and was very impressed with its car-like features. The V-6 was strong and spunky. Good acceleration and smooth transition. Seats were comfortable and headroom was luxurious. Its eccentric interior design was great. It is unique and unlike any other car that Ive seen.

Just Plain Good Toyota - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By Stringmusic - August 16 - 10:00 amExcellent vehicle. Averages 20.5 MPG in city driving. Limited, fully loaded. Good cornering, excellent ride. OK on LIGHT off road. With traction control and vehicle skip control - the very best in wet weather.

Excelent SUV - 2002 Toyota Highlander
By cbardakjian - July 5 - 10:00 amI had Pathfinder, but THIS is something else. You dont expect from exterior the quality of the ride nor the luxurios interior. Limited with leather and V6 is worth every penny, comfort, space and the drive feeling is a pleasure. I bought five new cars and a SUV in the past 18 years and four of them Toyota but is this TOP. Treat yourself...get one. No Im not a salesmen, Im a graphic artist. After all it is a TOYOTA. I wish domestic auto makers learn something and bring the honor and the excelence of auto making back to USA.
