This Year's Model Updates:

Toyota's perennially best-selling family sedan gets a complete makeover for 2007. Among the highlights are a roomier interior, additional luxury-oriented features, an available 268-hp V6 coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission, and a gasoline-electric hybrid model that earns EPA fuel economy estimates of 43 mpg city/37 mpg highway.

Pros:
  • Roomy cabin, powerful V6 engine, hybrid model available, legendary build quality and reliability history.
Cons:
  • No manual transmission available with V6, some odd styling elements.

  • Great Car - 2007 Toyota Camry

Hard to find with manual trans but worth the wait. Cant beat the room, gas mileage and performance for dollar.

  • New SE V6 - 2007 Toyota Camry

Great looking roomy car that rides and handles well. Good acceleration but some torque steer on hard acceleration. Nice looking interior but seats are very hard and are not comfortable for long trips. Only problem has been a rattle from sunroof so far.

  • Cruddy "leather" seat - 2007 Toyota Camry

The side panel of the leather side is vinyl and cracks near the seam. Im on my second replacement. I use the heated seat in the winter that may be causing problems? Also, the drivers side window is difficult to control how far opens.

Great drive, easy controls, well designed. One improvement, the seats while comfortable could be upgraded to provide more support.

  • Happiness/satisfaction - 2007 Toyota Camry

This is our fifth toyota camry in the past fourteen years. Each years model got better than the previous one. This 2007 is the epitome of the Toyotas quality.

  • My favorite car! - 2007 Toyota Camry
    By -

This is my third Camry (1996, 2002 and 2007) after owning a Honda Accord in 1989. Every time I go to buy a car I go back to look at the Honda but once I drive the Camry Im sold. By far this is the best Camry Ive ever owned. Its more fun to drive than any car Ive driven. It holds the road and when you press on the accelerator it accelerates smoothly and very quickly. It gets up and moves! Even my boyfriend loves this car! The handling is amazing and its quiet. I love the bluetooth wireless phone. You wont regret buying this car.

  • No Regrets - 2007 Toyota Camry

After 64K miles, and despite a rear- wheel bearing that went out at 37K miles ($450), I can say with confidence Id buy this car again. Its extremely comfortable, gets great gas mileage, has plenty of power (V6) and most importantly, its extremely reliable. Im not crazy about the cloth door armrests, but the interior has held up extremely well and still looks new. Best of all, if I get stopped for speeding, I can always claim it was a stuck accelerator!

  • Great car. I love it. - 2007 Toyota Camry

This car rocks. I love how the Camry looks and feels. The radio system sounds great. The drivers seat is really comfortable. When I push on the gas the car goes. I like the smooth ride and the smooth accelration.

  • Solid vehicle at a fair price - 2007 Toyota Camry

The 2007 Camry is a well built car. It handles nicely, and offers a cofortable ride, and great features. I have had this Camry LE for only a month, but I have no regrets. My conclusion after doing a ton of research regarding safety, reliability, comfort and gas mileage: the Hyundai Sonata is thousands of dollars cheaper and matches the Camry in all respects except comfort. Bottom line was that I was going to be in that drivers seat for years to come and I was not going to skimp on the critical comfort factor.

  • not happy with our Camry - 2007 Toyota Camry

I purchased two 2007 Camrys the same day; one for my wife and one for my daughter. My daughters has been great from day one, my wifes although it was always dependable had engine hesitation and the drivers sun visor continually fell off into the drivers lap every time you tried to move it up or down. With Toyotas current problems I decided to dump it and buy a Volvo. Yes, I took it back to the dealer several times and finally got tired of dealing with them - now ai dont have to.
