From Caddy To Camry - 2003 Toyota Camry
By c3domn8 - November 24 - 10:00 amWe had a 97 Catera for a year and a half, enough about that mistake. My wife was scared about purchasing a 4 cylinder after a bad experience with a 87 ford rustang. I let her test drive it. I had already drove my aunts 2002 Camry and was impressed. She loves it and wont let go of it.

glide ride - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Ruthann - November 18 - 10:00 amThis is the most comfortable car Ive ever driven. Its ride is so smooth that I had to train myself to go the speed limit again. Id be traveling at high speed and not realize it until looking at the speedometer. We took a long road trip with 3 older children and I really appreciated the spacious back seating and so did they.

Good decision. - 2003 Toyota Camry
By CoosBayDave - October 31 - 10:00 amGave my 88 Camry to our daughter with 420,000 miles on the clock, bought a 2003 and love it. We have 72,000 trouble free miles on it. Much more room, more comfortable. Put a hitch on it and often pull a small trailer, mileage goes down to 20, normally its 30mpg. Have had no problems with the car or the 3 Toyota dealerships weve used. You could spend a lot more and not get a better car.

Really Disgusted - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Paul - October 25 - 2:30 pmMy 2003 Camry is my third Toyota and my last. At 55K miles, I had to replace the steering column($400+) and now at 60K, I have a slow leak in the steering seals and that requires the entire steering rack to be replaced for $1300+. Everyone says how great Toyotas are...not any more. This recent recall will send customers running away from the brand. I am done with Toyota...back to domestics!

Good Investment - 2003 Toyota Camry
By nomtim - October 22 - 2:00 amIf you think you need a vehicle and keep it for the next ten or more years with minimum repair cost, buy a Camy.

Good car - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Jiggs - October 12 - 10:00 amCar could use better performance from its 4 cylinders. Other than that, the car is nice and smooth, looks and feels great.

211000 miles and going strong - 2003 Toyota Camry
By steve - September 13 - 9:16 amAt 211000 miles I am thinking of selling. AC compressor went out, at 140000, and timing belts at recommended intervals, other than that mechanically perfect except for the radio. It has never died anywhere, the V6 still runs as if it was new, though it has developed a front end rattle over bumps. The turning radius is amazingly good, and with the ABS it has saved me a few times in snow and wet weather. Gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is tolerable with reg. gas. This is my 4th Camry V6, starting in 1986, and its the best of the lot, though the 93 is still going strong with my son in law at 275,000 miles. Why would I switch? To buy a new one, though this still looks great.

Great Ride for the Money - 2003 Toyota Camry
By ULysses - September 10 - 2:00 amAfter two Accords I decided to buy a Camry after a disasterous 9 months with a 2002 CR-V. Checked out 2003 Accord (didnt care for the exterior design and was leary of Hondas after my last purchase)and settled on the Camry for its quiet ride, excellent attention to detail, and solid build quality. This is not an exciting car, but functional, good looking, and comfort.

as always, a reliable toyota - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Ed302 - September 10 - 2:00 amMy wife and I purchased a 2002 dealer demo in August, 2002. After only two months on the road, my wife was involved in a pretty serious accident with it, getting hit head on at approximately 50-60 mph, and walked away. That made up my mind on the next car, a Camry. We just took delivery of the 03. What a nice car. Hopefully Toyota has worked any kinks that the 2002s may have had (we didnt have ours long enough to experience any), but we got the dark blue color along with 5 star rims, and this is one sporty car.
