This is a tremendous riding, comfortable, quiet car, I have every option toyota has, vehicle stability control is a must, it has saved me twice, it could use more power, and the transmission takes a little getting used to.

Two weeks after purchasing my car, it was back at the dealership for a tranmission problem. The transmission was defective, and since my car was manufactured in Japan, they had to order a transmission from Japan - took 3 weeks. After I got my car back, the transmission was better, but I still have some questions about the slight hestitation between 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears. Also, there is a minor problem with the turn signal lever - it works fine when signalling for a left turn, but when pushing it up for a right turn, it does not hold in that position, I have to "wiggle" it slightly to make it stay up.

  • Excellent Car for Short People - 2003 Toyota Camry

This is my third Toyota Camry. Ive had a 96 Camry & 99 Camry; bought all brand new. The 2003 model year is my least favorite. They have downsized it too much. If this was the first time I had bought a Camry, it wouldve been my last. Its so uncomfortable because the bottom of the seats are too short; not enough support. If you are 53 or shorter then you will like this car. I was told it was 3 inches larger than the other models. It seems much smaller to me.

Not only is this a reliable family car, it is fun to drive and handles well. Liked the Camry more than the Accord.

The 03 Camry is an absolute joy on long drives. The ride is smooth quiet and serene. Acceleration is strong and smooth. Who can top Toyotas reliability. I love to pull up next to a Lexus ES300 ( same platform) and look over thinking "ah ha, I got mine for $12,000 less."

  • Outstanding vehicle! - 2003 Toyota Camry

The Camry V6 XLE is just awesome. Bought it with the anti-skid traction control system and curtain airbags.

  • So far, so good - 2003 Toyota Camry

Stylist, comfortable, and solid. My Camry appears to be a few steps ahead in regards to comfort, design and features in comparison to the 03 Accord. The red (salsa) is HOT, looks "sweet" on the road and in my driveway. I have about 4K miles on the car, no problems, so far so good! A little difficult backing up in the dark, so make sure your area is well- lite. Just "buy" it!
