All 2005 Toyota Camry models receive freshened exterior styling with a new grille, headlamps, taillamps and wheel designs. All Camrys now have antilock brakes as standard equipment, and the optional automatic transmission for all models is now a five-speed unit. Good solid car - 2005 Toyota Camry
By Daniel - June 9 - 3:40 amSo i bought my 2005 Camry SE v6 I see complaints about handling but noticed all complaints are on the cheapest model camrys LEs base 4cyl Mine handles like a champ (sway bars bigger rims/wider tires on the SE) 120,000 miles not a single issue other than my sunroof is touchy. Gas milage is unbelievable for a good size sedan 34 hwy I live in mohave county Az average temp in summer near 120, paint is still nearly perfect no fade. Trunk space would make al capone blush, I could hide 10 bodies in there. 225hp is just right, my altima SER was overboard and caused wheel spin 285hp, Plus tires were a yearly issue on the altima. Build quality... It aint no BMW but its better than average. Great car overall, not fancy but still classy.

Love my Camry! - 2005 Toyota Camry
By jPrindable - May 28 - 12:50 amThere is plenty of room for my infant seat in the back, even in the rear facing position. The 4 cyl. engine has PLENTY of pick-up-and-go! The seats are very comfortable, the controls are easy to use, and I love the ability to add limited options that are most important to YOU.

Thanks toyota - 2005 Toyota Camry
By paul - May 25 - 12:30 amI really enjoy the car, dependable stylish, roomy, good ride. Could use more power. I find car quite hard on fuel about town, about 375/400 km to tank. Cant wait to see a 2007.

First Toyota owner - 2005 Toyota Camry
By james florez - May 2 - 11:16 amThis is the first time I own a Camry SE to this date I have been extremely satisfied, the ride, comfort and the feel of quality in the car is superb. As an owner of a Honda for over thirteen years, I can frankly attest that Toyota (Camry SE) is of superior quality.

My second Camry LE - 2005 Toyota Camry
By David_H - February 11 - 2:46 amThe 2005 Camry LE replaced a 2003 Camry LE. There was nothing wrong with the 2003. With 50K miles on it, it had still a quiet, comfortable ride, but I wanted a different color and the features the 2005 model. (ABS brakes, power drivers seat, steering wheel mounted audio controls, five speed automatic, and auto-on lights - and the price was almost the same as the 2003!) The Camry has a comfortable, quiet, refined ride. The four cylinder engine is smooth, quiet, and peppy, and the cabin has plenty headroom for me (Im 64".) The five speed automatic shifts smoothly, but it is a little busier than the 2003s four speed. For the money, the Camry is a very good value.
