Rock Solid for 6 yrs - 2003 Toyota Camry
By m14708 - September 18 - 9:40 amBought brand new and havent regretted it. 105000 miles and just tires & brakes. Car still looks great and build quality is excellent. Would love to but a new car but dont want a note and really no reason to get rid of it. Still has lots of life left.

First Time - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Very Content - August 31 - 2:00 amFirst time Toyota buyer - not sure why I waited so long. This is the quietest car I have ever owned. Runs great - everything inside and out is solid. Stereo/CD has good sound. Car is also very large inside - great back seat!. Got a great price - good buying experience with the exception of the so- called Finance Manager - what a jerk!

big switch - 2003 Toyota Camry
By jimboy - August 14 - 10:00 amFORMER SUV OWNER: This is a very solid, responsible car, a member of the ultra-low emisions group. Its green. This is a great switch from the gas-guzzling, environment-wrecking SUVs

03 Camry LE Review - 2003 Toyota Camry
By g - August 13 - 1:26 pmIve had this car for 5 years and have put over 100,000 miles on it. Comfortable riding car but with a fairly generic feeling interior. Okay stereo. Not a good handling car, tends to float over the road providing a fairly vague feel. Taking my eyes off of the road to adjust the radio can result in drifting into other lane, even if just for a second; no feel of the road here. Reliability is not what I would have expected. Did sunroof cables and intake manifold at 70k ($1500). At 107k miles, now needs a new steering rack. Nice car for trips, but disappointing otherwise.

Comfortable but with a major problem - 2003 Toyota Camry
By lskris - August 2 - 2:00 amMajor Disappointment and problem. I would have been happy with my first Camry XLE except less than one month after purchasing, the car was leaking oil from the transmission/trans oil pan. After many visits and rental cars later the transmission etc. was replaced. Also, when braking quickly it feels like the brakes lock and the car slides without stopping. Scary!

310K and still going!!!! - 2003 Toyota Camry
By Sylvia - August 1 - 5:57 pmMy car is on its last limb!! But...As long as you have the required maintenance performed on this car it will definitely give you your moneys worth!! My only dislike is the interior door handles. The material peeled off!! But other than that I love this car!!

I love this car! - 2003 Toyota Camry
By macnyc - July 13 - 2:00 amI considered the Honda Accord and a pre-owned Acura TL. Im glad we picked the Camry. Its fun to drive, and the four-cylinder is surprisingly peppy. I like that car rides higher than the Accord and the Acura and seems to take bumps and potholes well. Gas mileage is great! Lots of room, front seat and rear.

Absolute Bargin/Brand/Capable Performer - 2003 Toyota Camry
By artsiiv - July 3 - 10:00 amNo regrets on this Camry. Build quality is excellent; driver is isolated from everything the City throws at you (esp. the NYC/Metro area). It performs competently when push to the limit, even in heavy rain. I am a 29 year old who pushes every car to the limit; last car owned was a Subaru WRX. In summary, this car performs perfectly for those who drive conservatively or aggressively. This Camry WILL go thru 1_feet of standing water with out a problem.. not a smart thing to do, but trust me, my Camry proofed itself this past summer.

Comfortably Reliable - 2003 Toyota Camry
By ray44512 - June 23 - 6:10 pmI inherited this car a few months back, literally owned by a little old man. Four cylinder is sluggish from the start, but comes alive once it is rolling. Transmission seems well suited to make the most of 2.4 liters. Body style and interior are plain but functional. Actually, the body style grew on me.
