Overview & Reviews
For 2007, the Nissan adds a long-bed version of the crew cab to its lineup, allowing Frontier Crew Cab buyers to get a King Cab-size bed. At 6 feet in length, the Long Bed model provides an extra foot of load space. The optional CD changer now has MP3 playback capability, and all models add a passenger-side seatbelt reminder light. All V6-equipped 2007 Nissan Frontiers get a bump up in their emissions rating to LEV2 ULEV.
- Well-tuned chassis and ample ground clearance assure excellent capability in the dirt, muscular V6 engine, good highway ride, spacious cabin, innovative bed features.
- Interior heavy on hard plastics, regular-cab body style not available.

Frontier Braker$$$ - 2007 Nissan Frontier
By DANO - December 20 - 10:20 amResearched several brands before purchasing Frontier. Looked to be the best value for the money. Fit and finish were tight with no apparent problems. Interior entry is difficult for tall or large frame people. Seating is comfortable on short and long trips. Interior is sparten with lots of vinyl. Only one recall for crash sensor in front due to corrosion. Rear box is functional with the spray-on bed liner, lock down hooks and bed extender are a complete loss for our usage. Tires make a lot of road noise which permeates thru cabin area, but is manageable. Brakes have been a major disappointment on this vehicle, both in stopping and replacement (22000) much to premature for 25k trk

Average - Miss my Ford - 2007 Nissan Frontier
By igcc - February 27 - 11:00 amNot impressed with build quality... Drive train is great, interior rattles n shakes. Have had numerous small issues with gas gage and rattles. Dealer service is absolutely the worst. Tried multiple dealers and all provided the worst service I have ever seen. Mechanics were poorly trained, and management had a "go away" attitude. This is not the Nissan I have loved in the past. I sold an F150 to get better gas mileage in the city, and I miss it.

Great truck if you dont need a warranty - 2007 Nissan Frontier
By 142Nism07 - May 25 - 6:26 amVery fun truck to drive. Practicle, especially since it has bigger capabilities than its size. One downfall is the service provided by Nissan. Every problem that has occured with this truck, was turned into a big headache for myself. Currently my dealer refuses to acknowledge that my 6spd clutch has a defect and wants to charge me over $1200 for a new one. I officially documented the complaint at 15k miles though I had the issue from new. There are several cases of this specific defect, which should be warrantied. My dealer refuses. Love the truck, hate the service, and I reccomend buying an automatic, due to relaiability. This is not the only problem with the truck, just the most prevelant

Engine mount problems - 2007 Nissan Frontier
By Michael - January 27 - 6:10 pmI bought the truck with 75 miles on it last 11/26/06 and was pretty impressed initially. I have had the vehicle in the shop twice now for engine mount problems. I picked the truck up and it sounded good for 40 miles and the sound is back so it will be going in again for service. Overall the truck isnt too bad for what I paid for it. I wouldnt buy another nissan truck again but I will stick to Toyota in the future.
