  • It works hard for the money! - 2008 Nissan Altima

Owner of this sweet altima for three months. The v-6 combines excellent power and decent fuel economy when mated to the CVT. The car looks more compact and muscular in person than in photos. Driving in city or highway is enjoyable with the smooth VQ engine and refined handling. the ride feels like a blend of comfort and sport and is well suited for the daily commute. The seats are comfortable and the ergonomics are excellent. Fast like a muscle car but more refined. Engine note suits the car well - quiet at idle, aggressive when pushed.

  • I like my car more than a beemer I had - 2008 Nissan Altima

Must get a 3.5 to fully enjoy this car but the styling alone will make you like it. Cool and well done inside and out. When I see Infiniti G I think the Altima coupe is nicer looking.

  • Whoosh! Manuverability & Speed - 2008 Nissan Altima

Test drove the Altima 3.5 SE on a whim one afternoon; two weeks later we own one! Fabulous handling and acceleration. Nimble, quick and agile - combines rack & pinion steering with 270 horses summoned by the incredibly responsive CVT! We put 300 miles on it in the first 24 hours we owned it just for pure fun. Drives like its on rails, even in the rain. Too easy to look down, realize youre north of 80! We drive V6 cars (and a V8 truck) ranging from 185 to 235 hp but nothing has the jack-rabbit acceleration of 3.5 SE 270 horses.

  • Sweet Ride - 2008 Nissan Altima

What a sweet ride! I just wish my wife would let me drive it more. I researched for weeks which car to buy, started out with Camry in mind and then moved on to Accord. In the end we decided to test drive an Altima just for the heck of it, not really having considered it in the beginning. We immediately fell in love with the smooth quiet ride, power off the line, smoothness of the CVT, and push-button start! After reading owner reviews of all three models, most of the Altima owners showed a genuine enthusiasm for their new cars. I can definitely say the same!

  • I think Im in love with this thing. - 2008 Nissan Altima

I love the overall feel of the car, inside and out. I owned an 03 Altima and I must say that Nissan has stepped it up a notch the the design of this car. The interior is very plush and the control are nice and simple. The instrument cluster is nicly laid out (not too busy). The acceleration is pretty good for a grocery getter. I have gotten a lot of looks. This car turns heads. Good job Nissan.

  • Perfection in a car! - 2008 Nissan Altima

This car is so perfect. Its beautiful, fast and not everyone drives one! The only thing I was unhappy about is no spoiler and no vent visors. The coupe is amazing and everything I could ask for in a car. The system is great too!

  • Im in Love! - 2008 Nissan Altima

I bought my coupe a week ago, black with charcoal leather interior. I got the premium package as well. This is the first new car I have ever bought and I think it was a great decision! There is nothing about the car that I dont like. I love everything about it, inside and out. I use the bluetooth phone system a lot. The dual climate control is great. And the Bose... well its BOSE! The ride is sooo smooth! I havent seen anyone out on the road with one yet. I would suggest this car to anyone!

  • Best family sedan ever made - 2008 Nissan Altima

The Altima beats all competitors by far. I am averaging 25 to 27 mpg in mostly city driving. The CVT is smooth, the ride is supple yet sporty, the handling is inspiring, the brakes are great, and even the four-cylinder is quite powerful. All controls are bright at night and everything is laid out nicely. Most any one can find a comfortable driving position as the power seat is highly adjustable

  • Love IT! - 2008 Nissan Altima

This car is so much fun and so smooth! I love the look, the 4 cylinder has plenty of power and when I took it on the freeway it got 35 mpg. I have been averaging about 24-25 MPG on my daily commute which is short and mostly city. The back seat is small but my kids are grown and I really dont care. I folded the back seats down to use for storage.

  • A Great Starter Car - 2008 Nissan Altima
    By -

This car was my first at 17 years old. Its a silver 2008 Nissan Altima coupe 2.5S with 2.5S convenience package. For those, who are looking for a decent car for decent money, buy this car. It looks epic on the outside and spectacular on the inside. I bought it because it comes with some things that the Toyota Solara doesnt. Drives well, very powerful for a 4-banger, 175 horsepower is definitely enough for a starter car. Has 6 standard airbags and great crash test ratings. Intelligent Key is outta this world. Radio puts out a good crisp and clear sound. CVT manual mode is a definitely blast for those looking a little something extra. Gas mileage is okay at 25-28 mpg. Great car!
