Overview & Reviews
A completely redesigned M-Class debuts for 2006.
- Fresh styling inside and out, comfortable for five, extensive array of safety features, surefooted in bad weather, easy-to-use navigation system
- V6 is short on low-end torque, no third-row seat option, expensive for its class.

FANTASTIC - 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class
By FANTASTIC!!! - April 25 - 6:03 amI traded in my 2004 Escalade because I was tired of driving a big truck everyday. This is my 9th Benz and compares great to my 2005 S500. Although smaller than the Escalade, I have more features.(my ML500 is loaded with every option available including the phone) Only problem so far is that I need a new air pump for the air suspension feature. Im told this had been a problem in some of the 2006 models. Overall, I would highly recommend. Im avid Benz driver and Benz got it right on the 2006 ML500.

2006 Mercedes 350ML - 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class
By Joe - March 14 - 9:40 amA winner. Superior to 2002 ML, it rides like a sedan. Standard features, plus sunroof and one interior package with leather inserts areall you need. Auto trunk opening is required for little women. The shift lever on steering column seems strange at first. Loads of standard features rather than extras on most of the competition. I never plan to off road. The only drawback is that it still uses premium fuel. My wife really likes it a lot. Not your Durango or Explorer, far more upscale and shows it. Smooth ride, and handles well. It has all the engine needed for city and highway driving. I highly recommend this car if you can afford it.
