Changes are light this year. Mercedes' "4Matic" all-wheel-drive system is now available for sedan and wagon models (the C32 sport sedan being the lone exception) and the C230 Sport Coupe's supercharged engine has been revised for greater efficiency and lower emissions. A six-speed manual gearbox is available for the C320 models, and a supercharged C230 Sport Sedan is now available as well.

  From a petite females perspective, I thoroughly enjoy driving this vehicle. The easily adjustable cockpit puts everything at my fingertips in addition to the high comfort level provided to the passengers. I have to refrain from using the get-up-and-go that comes with the territory but when needed it comes in handy. My C240 handles very easily and is extremely agile. Moreover, I have gotten numerious compliments on the Magma Red which creates a greater sporty look our sedan.

  Great Car, love to drive it. It looks best in black because the open view window on the roof is well hidden. Go for the upgrade on the cd package - Make it the 6 disc bose, that automaticly increases or decreases at certain noise levels. Cool.

  After driving in a HUGE Chevy Tahoe most of the time with my kids, it is so fun to get into the Mercedes C-Class and drive when it is just me. I love the car!! I feel great in it!!

  CAR IS REALLY WELL BUILT -- NO SQUEAKS, NO RATTLES. THE SEATS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. WITH A BAD BACK I CAN DRIVE 300+ MILES WITHOUT STOPPING AND STRETCHING, THE INTERIOR DESIGN IS EXCELLENT -- PARTICULARLY THE GRID PATTERN METAL. THE PATTERN METAL LOOKS MUCH MORE SPORTY THAN FAKE WOOD VENEER. THE SHIFTING IS VERY EASY AND QUICK. BOTTOM LINE -- A VERY WELL BUILT, SAFE, AND AGGRESSIVE CAR TO DRIVE.

  This vehicle makes driving a pleasure. It is almost as if the car is driving itself and I am just along for the ride. Only complaint is sluggish engine at times, but Compressor overcomes that problem. I was really surprised by fuel economy which was better than I expected. Everyone who can afford a Benz should have one.

  i have experienced no problems with the Vehicle for the first 5000 miles of ownership combines outstanding performance with great milage and plenty of room inside for a 6.5 footer weighing 240

  I was literally one of the first to buy a 2003 C230 coupe and Ive loved it ever since. I have to be completely honest here and tell you that its had its fair share of electrical problems. The only problem was the engine was revving at idle just slightly, but this was fixed by replacing the engine controller (paid by warranty) and now it runs smooth as ever. This was the first MB to have the M271 engine and I was expecting some bugs. Other than that Ive had the check engine light come on at least a half dozen times, but Ive got that taken care of now. Ive had no mechanical problems of any kind, no squeaks, rattles or anything like that, just minor electrical problems. Love the car!
