ive enjoyed the presence of this fine German Automobile for almost two years now and everytime I drive it I feel the same "excitement" as day one. Yes, Mercedes managed to make a very UNIQUE car not so unique by giving every entry level C-class the same aero-dynamic kit, but hey, it doesnt have the same AMG (brembo made brakes), hand built 3,2l supercharged V6 engine, suspension, wheels, etc... so to me its still very sepcial and with a few aesthetic upgrades can once again be "unique" as day one.

This is my first Benz. I actually went to the Dealer to look at a BMW 325. After driveing both and comparing the price the Benz had a better ride and price was 5000 dollars less. But I like Red and this was the perfect color. YOu can tell immediately the quality is 1st class. For the quality you get for the price this is probably the best deal on the market. I have had Honda Accords in the past. Everyone has Accords. I have not seen another Red C230K on the road. One bad thing now is everyone knows when I am around. When they see this car they know it is me.

I bought this new for my wife back in 2004. The car has been very reliable, and has maintained its quality feel throughout the years of ownership. Only issue with this vehicle was a disappointing need to service some suspension components. Dealer said it was due to wear and age. At the time, the car only had 45,000 miles, but was 5 years old ... guess I question parts that wear just because of age versus miles. Ready for a new car, and MB will be in the consideration (although the price has gotten a bit past the competition). Overall, still quite happy with the vehicle.

  • Excellent Benz - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

I have this car for 4 years and no problems at all. It is so much fun to drive. Pick up is excellent, road handling is excellent. I wish we have nicer highways in NY. Very good gas mileage. Maintenance free service was excellent ( I am just over 50K now) This is not a car for snow unless you want to slide all over.

The C230K sport sedan is a fun car to drive. The best value for your money 2-3k less then a BMW 3. Seats, body, tires/wheel combination are all sporty and agreesive and make for a beast of car. Take a drive and you will love it. First time Benz owner and have driven Hondas and Nissan all my life and have finally got something fun and not boring to drive!

Benz and AMG for less than 60k. Fabulous car. Best of both worlds. Engine has much more HP potential! Buy a pulley!

  • Nice Ride! - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

We bought ours used w/39k miles on it. The car is beautiful, well maintained. I have one problem with an ESP/BAS warning and this appears to be affecting the operation of the sunroof. Hopefully this can be corrected by the certified warranty. The car feels as solid and safe as any car Ive driven and after I got finished with it this weekend you cant tell its not new.

Going from a modified to rally stage 02 WRX @300HP, the get up and go of this car is much less...But wait..while I cant sprint and hit the corners as hard, this car really moves with an agile confidence. The more I drive it the more I am impressed. Wrap it up with the MB styling...I love it..the 04 wheels and pipe give it a great look and profile. Add in some comfort, and borderline luxury and it is a sweet ride... Close to a work of art in my eyes.

  • Superb - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

This car has the best combination of ride and handling and is the least tiring car to drive that I have ever owned. In one word it is "Superb".
