Very impressive, classy car. Always dependable, no mechanical issues since purchased in July 07. My only issues; this vehicle is zippy and performs fabulously on the highway, but a bit sluggish for a supercharged vehicle around town. I expected more power than this. Youve got to put the pedal to the floor to get out of the way. Im most disappointed in the front seats of this car as they have no lumbar support and built like cardboard. Not a good choice for long distance driving. Ive had to add a lumbar support module to my front seat which looks rediculous and shabby in a Benz, but necessary. No lie, every passenger Ive had in my car have complained about the seats.

I purchased this hot-rod in June 03, when MB still paid the maintenance, but the only two problems I were also paid under the warranty. I had two accidents in this car; the first a rear ending that threw the car into the backend of another, and the second when a Dodge Neon going 35 hit the right front. I walked away from each without injury and had the car repaired; Ive driven it forty thousand miles since; its never let me down, and I love it! Its such a little hot-rod, fun, so responsive and yet gets reasonable gas mileage, its best has been 28.5 for a six-hour trip. Someone is going get one sweetheart of a used car if they look past the CarFax. Its a strong little beauty still!

Great balance between ride & handling with a refined powertrain & solid feel; 4 cyl. very quick & refined with good mileage; abundance of safety & comfort features. Dont buy a BMW 325 or Infiniti G 35 until you check this car out. The dealership & great service is an added plus.

This is a"second" car ...just presonal transportation around town. I always liked the flexibility of a hatchback.Considering that this is the least expensive Mercedes it doesnt lack for features or quality. The need for premium gas is offset by rather decent mileage. And ...its a lot of fun to drive !

My wife has always wanted a Mercedes- Benz, so we purchased a new 2002 C-320 in October 2003. During the first month it has been in the shop on 2 separate occasions for multiple repairs for approximately 2 weeks. All repairs have been electronic in nature. This is a very sophisticated vehicle and I find many of the features very distracting when driving. The dealership has, at no charge, provided Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicles, extended the warranty 1-year and refunded our first months payment. I have owned many vehicles during my life, and this is by far the poorest quality car I have ever purchased.

Where else can you get a car that will smoke a prior gen M3, get 4 doors and take the family out to dinner? Great engine, lots of torque and easy to modify.

The 230s supercharger is one of the greatest things about this car. The first three gears will put a smile on your face and the grip is amazing.
