  • A fine addition - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

The 6 addresses the ride shortcomings of the Protege, almost hovering in comparion. Wind noise is nonexistent, road noise is largely muted, though there is a slight hint of pavement quality transmitted through the steering wheel. The real charm of the car lies in the thoughtful interior design. The two- tiers center console, centar stack storage compartment, bottle holders in the doors, and other torage cubbies provide lot of options. The spring- loaded rear seats fold flat, and can be released from either a button on the seatback or a lever by the rear hatch.

  • Love at first Zoom - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

As a family we needed a third vehicle to cover our increasing transportation needs. We own a van and an SUV and thought a sedan would balance out the family vehicle situation. We bought this car after realizing that though many Civics and Camrys out there would certainly do, many were abused by their previous owners and made for a pretty shabby used car. The local Mazda dealer explained how Mazda owners tend to have a special bond with their car and treat it nicer, and after about a week with the Mazda6 I could completely understand why. Ill never buy from another car manufacturer again. Even though its a rock bottom base model, it still evokes some jealousy in my friends. They cant tell.

  • Wagon o sports - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

I have had way too many cars first off. This one ranks in the top 3 or 4. I recently acquired it from my wife a few months ago as we thought she needed a minivan again. This car drives absolutely awesome, a little soft on low rpm power. Handles better than many "sports" cars. Great brakes. Solid quality feel. Loaner car during service is great. I avg 23mph, 27-28 on road trip in the mountains. Bose is great. It just feels right to me.

  • Best Sports Sedan for the Money - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

The Mazda-6s by far is the best sports sedan for the money. I just traded in a 2001 Nissan Maxima that I paid 5 thousand dollars more for and this car blows it away in every category. The reviews and ratings on this car speak for themselves. Very highly rated automobile and well deserved. It also has a 4 year 50,000 mile bumber to bumber warranty.

  • Enjoyable - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

My 6 is now 3 yrs old, and has over 65k miles on her. She still drives great, handles superbly, and has yet to have any "major" work (knock on wood) done on it. The only real draw back is the crappy fuel economy.

  • Sedan? - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

We first test drove many other cars. Nissans, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Volxwagon, Acura, Honda. All were nice cars. Did not want to spend over 30,000 dollars for a new car. Last car we drove was the Mazda 6 Sedan. Although equiped with the 4 cylinder, and a manual transmission, it drove and preformed like a sports car when asked, and a sedate fuel effitient compact when needed. We went back and drove the others, but the decision was made. All that is left to say is.... What a great car for a great price. It does all that we ask, and acks as though we could give it more if we needed it. Compact car fuel economy, sedan comfort, sports car feel. Nice work Mazda!!

  • Sleek Wagon - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

This is my second mazda...We dont own a SUV or truck but needed more cargo room from time to time..this was the right car for us...One word of caution when searching for a Wagon with a roof rack...It has to be factory installed...dont let the dealer tell you they can put it on after you buy the car..IT CANT!!! those side roof rack bars are too tricky when you add in side/curtain air bags..this is per Mazda headquarters...the cross bar of the roof rack can be added on later but not the other.one is permanant the other is removeable...wish the dealers knew the car better than giving false info to the consumer

  • Fun Car to Drive - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

After searching the market for such a car, I found and loved the Mazda 6. It is a perfect match for what I need and have not been disappointed. It is reliable, peppy, sturdy and comfortable to drive. The fold down seats are great for skis. My only frustration is the digital clock which automatically resets itself one minute slower than the actual time!

I love my Mazda 6 and would recommend it to anyone. I test drove lots of other cars including an accord, an Altima and a Maxima and although some offered more power, they do not handle nearly as well as my 6. Overall, I love to drive it and am very happy with my purchase even 2 1/2 years later.

  • Cant be better - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

Mine is awesome. Its 3.5 years now 89K miles and all I did was replace oil, transmission oil (twice), tires and brake pads. My MPG is 24-25 driving 90% on highways sometimes in traffic. The only problem was recalled A/C vent which was promptly replaced.
