I think the 6 is the best midsize car to come out in a long time I have always loved Mazdas but when this came out it caught my eye it has the interior of a $40,000 car, It has the exterior of no other its sporty and stylish and beautiful.

I recently owned a 1997 Jeep Wrangler I loved my jeep dont get me wrong but do you remember going to a ball game or better yet a concert? well you have to yell the same way when you are in one. I bought my MAZDA in August I love it. The drive is smooth and better yet the room and gas mileage is completely awesome, My first car ever was a mazda 626 now im back and its nicer, faster and more beautiful than ever. The options are great& the payments arent too bad! well they say "its a jeep thing you wouldnt understand!" I owned one and still dont. guess some of us are made to yell and others well Id rather listen to country than metal if u get it!

I am easy on my vehicles and drive them for 10-12+ years. I hope this car passes the Toyota quality/dependability test. Inside quality seems good (although the small door forward of the shift lever comes unhinged and a lens on the lower driver door light fell out) Controls for the HVAC are dumb. Did any of the designers try to work these things? Knobs either need to project farther and have knurling on them or they need to be rotary dials. Ditto for the radio. The same goes for the multi-function stalks. Move the rear wiper to the dash and simplify. Fuel mileage stinks. I would like to see the 4 cylinder and 16" tires available in the full tilt wagon pkg. I hope reliability is good.

Looks like it been awhile since anyone has commented on the 5 door model. Bought mine new and just turned 40,000 miles thanks to my short drive to work. The wagon got me in the dealership, but after the sales person pointed out they had a 5 door sedan, I was sold. The car was fully loaded with all the options and no problems at all in six years, body, paint, hardware all holding up very well. The 5-dr hss a sportier look than the 4-dr that still has a great look today. Much better handling than its counterparts, and has plenty of zoom- zoom. Other than routine service every six months and tires, this car hasnt cost me a penny. City mpg 18, hwy 28-30. Its my 10 year car, maybe more.

  • LOVE MY NEW MAZDA - 2004 Mazda Mazda6

I ACTUALLY WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW 2003 AS THE DEALERSHIP WAS HAVING A SALE ON ALL REMAINING 2004S. THERE WERE NO 2003S LEFT SO I DECIDED TO LEASE A 2004. I MIGHT HAVE GONE OVERBOARD ON THE OPTIONS, BUT I AM GLAD I DID. THEY HAD TO HAVE THE CAR BROUGHT OVER FROM SACRAMENTO BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COLOR I WANTED. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY, I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFUL IT WAS (AND STILL IS). I GOT SPORT AND LUXURY PACKAGES. CAR IS SO SMOOTH, FAST AND COMFORTABLE (LEATHER SEATS TOO!!) FOR THE PRICE YOU CANNOT GET A COOLER CAR. I AM NOT SORRY I BOUGHT THIS CAR. EVERYBODY LOOKS AT IT. I RECOMMEND THIS CAR TO ANYONE PRICING SEDANS. JRM

My first mazda was the P5 which I Loved. It handeled great the P5 is a good car for a single man. As my Family Grew, I decided to by a sedan my first and only choice was the Mazda6. This car handles like no other in its price range. Respect thats what you get when your behind the wheel of the M6. The V6 24 vaulve engine is a one of a kind when it comes to performance.
