  I have owned my CPO car now for 7+ months and must say it is awesome! The car is flawless and is probably one of the best kept secrets in terms of $ for value out there. The gas mileage is a shocker-avg. at min. 22 in the city and 29+ on the highway-glad I didnt buy some small, cheap car "to get good mileage" because this luxury/sport car gets better than them. Not only is it impressive to look at, but to drive, arive in, and own. Could not be more happy!!

  Top of the Line - 2004 Jaguar XJ-Series

  I have been driving luxury cars since the early 1970s. For the most part, they have been Mercedes S series or equivalent. The Jaguar XJ8 for 2004 is the finest automobile that I have driven to date. It combines luxury with great handeling. I recently averaged over 30 mpg on a road trip. It is a pleasure to note that Jaguar has not gone the route of other luxury manufacturers like Mercedes and Mercedes by making the car too complicated to operate.

  Car runs beautifully and handles great but they reduced the back seat too much.Not nearly enough leg room as in the older model. The head room is great and trunk is finally a decent size.

  this car is very stylish.. very fast for a big sedan.. all aluminum gives it better performance.. turns heads.. supercharged engine sounds nice at high rpms.. great overall vehicle..

  For the money the best car I have ever owned. Perfect ride for my wife, a little soft, but the kick in the engine is for me.

  Car handles beautifully, acceleration great and holds the road well. Interior room finally works for those of us over 6. Fun to drive and much more class than a Mercedes or BMW.

  This car is so good we bought an identical certified used one. We call these fine cars Victoria and Albert. My initial 2004 review remains true. "I cannot quite believe that I am getting a Jaguar. My last 3 cars were BMWs. I do not like the design of the new BMW. The quality of the new Mercedes was inferior. The new XJ8 design, quality, performance, and value are clearly superior to BMW and Mercedes. My new XJ8 is extraordinarily comfortable. The performance is terrific. This is not your fathers Jaguar. The new aluminum body is a leap ahead of the competition."

  Beautiful luxury - 2004 Jaguar XJ-Series

  I always wanted a Jaguar but had been afraid of poor reliability. I bought the new aluminum 2004 and love it. It is the best ride of any car I have owned. Looks distinctive and rides so smoothly and quietly it is hard to keep it within the speed limit. It has had no significant problems except for some false positives on the engine coolant warning light and remote keys that went dead in a few months. Minor compared to other cars I have bought new. Would definitely buy a Jag again but will probably keep this car for years. Jag has done a great job.

  This new generation XJ8 is too good to be true. Its so nimble and precise. More responsive while offering a even better ride than before. I like the sporty driving experience on this car. This one is a totally different car from its predecessor. Thats why a BMW enthusiast like me go for Jaguar this time.

  ACTUALLY THE 2004 XJ-8 IS MY WIFES DAILY DRIVER BUT IT IS A THRILL TO DRIVE (WHEN SHE LETS ME). ROCKET LIKE ACCELERATION AND BRAKES THAT BRING IT TO A HALT WITHOUT BRAKING A SWEAT, FAST. THE ACCELERATION IS SO FLUID AND THE TRANSMISSION IS SO SMOOTH, IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION, YOURE EASILY DOING 90. WE HAD CONSIDERED THE 745 BUT HAD HEARD A LOT OF NEGATIVES REGARDING THE "I" DRIVE, ITS LOOKS AND ELECTRONIC "GREMLINS". THE JAG HAS IT ALL OVER THE 745 IN LOOKS, PERFORMANCE AND LUXURY. THE INTERIOR IS LUSH AND COMFORTABLE. THE EXTERIOR IS UNMISTAKABLY JAGUAR AND ENGLISH. WE ARE THRILLED TO OWN THE XJ8.
