  • Wow, What a suprise to drive - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

Fact: I was not looking for this type of car when I decided, what the heck: drive one. That was it for me. The Auto Shiftronic trans, the comfortable leather seats, the sunroof, the handling, the POWER & Smoooooothness of the V6, & the EXCELLENT Infiniti speakered sound system. Wow. This car is a blast to drive. The most fun car I have had since my 1977 Spitfire , but OH so much better.

  • great value - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

I have owned this car for about 3 months now. I never plan to race anyone so 0-60 really doesnt matter to me. It handles great, looks fanastic, the sound system is the best I have ever experienced. I took it on a 2000 mile road trip two weeks after I bought it and nearly had to have the grin surgically removed from my face. The car turned heads, got better than advertised mileage and performed like a champ.

  • car rocks, still too new to be sure - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

Have not bought the car yet but I have had it for a couple of days and so far it is suprisingly impressive. Styling is sexy other than a very trendy front end look. Interior continues to impress with its ergonomics and comfort. Engine and tranny are coupled together quite well...gearing is near perfect to match the peaky torque character of engine. I am very skeptical of a Korean car after years of Euro and Japanese ownership but the initial feel blows me away. Warranty huge selling point...it better be because whoever buys one will have to keep it until it is paid off because of lackluster resale value.

  • Fun to drive but costly to own. - 2008 Hyundai Tiburon

I have owned 4 manual cars in my lifetime and have never had to replace a clutch until now. I have had to replace the clutch on my 2008 Tiburon 2 times already and it has come out of my pocket. Hyundai says the clutch is a normal wear and tear item and is not covered under warranty. My alternator went bad a month ago and hyundai took care of everything. If you buy this car get an Automatic or you will be kicking yourself later. The car is truly fun to drive and the redesigned headlights make it look great.

  • never again - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon

I bought this car and was fun to drive but as soon as the car hit 60k all the problems started. The cars alignment is perfect but if I let go of the wheel in less than one second its in the ditch dealer says alignment issue even though there is a recall. Now tires need replaced every 10k, intake messed up had to replace that, tranny went out then clutch then clutch master cylinder then clutch slave and now ac is broke. all this in the last 12k miles and all i do is highway driving and gentle driving. I have spend several thousands on this car fixing it and it keeps breaking so just consider this review.

  • Luv my 07 SE - 2007 Hyundai Tiburon

This car drives like the real deal. It outperforms most of the others in its class, and thats obvious in traffic and on the highway. The gearbox is nice and tight, the clutch pedal requires just enough force to keep me from wanting to ride it, and its performance at the high end is remarkable for the price. Then, on top of the great performance, it turns heads wherever it goes, and I look and feel great in it.

  • 03 tiburon gt - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

I recently purchased the 03 Tiburon. I fell in love with it the minute i saw it online mine wasnt stock from the factory had same major alterations to make it look more sporty. The car runs perfect and like new for being 5 years old. Were into a cold spell where I live now and the car warms up in 5 minutes tops which is great with gas prices as high as they were. If youre looking at buying this car definitely do it, its a great for a teen to go to school in and upgrades as far as engine or body are surprisingly affordable. Great car and rate it a 10 out of 10 on any scale.

  • I love my tiburon - 2000 Hyundai Tiburon

I love my tiburon and i am the third owner of what i know of and yes it has had its problems but what i do know of that the car was beat when it was first bought so the transmission went out at 122k miles and a bunch of other stuff now that those are problems are fixed it runs just like it is new besides that it needs a few things but overall i do love this car but i do wish it had more power that thats ok
