nice car for great price - 2005 Hyundai Tiburon
By nate - June 7 - 12:30 amthis car is an awesome buy. it has great accelleration and controls and handles beautifully. its sleek design is comperable to others in its class. when this puppy is put to the floor she can give you some nice speeds. had her up to 125 the other day without even thinking. quiet and comfortable ride makes this car even more intruiging. you have to test drive this thing.

Nice Style, Efficiency, and Reliability - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon
By BMS - June 1 - 4:36 amI purchased my Tiburon new in January of 04. I was initially impressed with the style and features offered on a car in this price range. I know that Hyundai used to build junk but they were attempting to re-brand themselves around 03-04 and I really liked the Tibby then, so I bought one. I love my car. I have over 100,000 miles on it and the only problem I have had is around 40,000 the rotors had to be replaced. I change the oil every 6,500 miles and the car runs great, looks great, drives great, and is so versatile. I love that I can flip the seats down and throw my roadbike in the trunk. Overall, probably the most car you could get for around $16,800. And the new ones are even sexier!

The Worst Sports Car Out There - 2008 Hyundai Tiburon
By Matthew - May 29 - 9:26 pmLets start with the advantages: its pricing, its fuel economy, and its lack of show-offyness. Pricing is very good for the Hyundai Tiburon GT limited edition, at just $17,000. Actually I sometimes think that its a good buy. Its not a "fast car", but its great for backroad bombing it works pretty well on the highway. Driving isnt considered fun, however. On the other hand, fuel economy is ok at 22mpg in the city and 28mpg on the highway. The car gets to 60mph in 8.0 seconds, which isnt impressive these days, but better than some cars of this Tiburons price range. Its an acceptable car for its price range, and not too show-offy either, but Hyundai needs some improvements to the Tiburon

I Love my new SE - 2007 Hyundai Tiburon
By HeavyRightFoot - May 26 - 5:56 pmI loved driving this from the moment I pulled it out of the dealership! This V6 is extremely responsive, the shifter is nice and tight, and Im as comfortable and secure in my seat in tight curves at high speeds as I am on the straightaway. The new colors from 07 are awesome, and Ive gotten a lot of complements at my infrequent fuel stops.

Love My Tib - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon
By dlehman - May 25 - 2:00 amI often wondered why only high-priced vehicles had the little extras that made you take notice --- that made you say "Ooooh! Nice!! What is this?" Why wouldnt an automaker offer some of the same "luxuries" to the average consumer? I had reached the point where a vehicle was purely utilitarian. Then - -- I found the Hyundai Tiburon! And now I love driving again! I am sooooo impressed with the quality, styling and details in this car. Hyundai gives you a great bang for your buck! It looks good - it feels good! Its fun to drive! And at a price I can afford! (The admiring looks and comments are pretty nice too!)

Great look but overall JUNK - 2007 Hyundai Tiburon
By shadowh127 - May 24 - 3:01 pmI bought my SE 14 months ago with 15,000 miles. It now has 35,000 miles on it and Im told needs a new clutch for $3000. I reported a problem from the 1st week and again 3 additional times prior to this past week but because they couldnt duplicate the problem dismissed it. It has been into the Hyundai dealership over a dozen times for things such as: sunroof not functioning properly, bad tpms sensors, faulty driver buckle pretensioner (causing airbag light to come on), cruise control didnt work, fuel gauge faulty, temp guage, acceleration issues - CLUTCH. Do your research prior to buying any Tiburon, they seem to have many similar issues. I will NEVER buy a Hyundai again!
