  Great Car - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

  The car is Great! It looks great, and drives and handles exceptionally well. The cost of the car, after working with the dealership, does not seem excessive. The particular model I bought is loaded. I love it. We were also able to buy ding and door insurance, so we will be able to maintain its sleek appearance.

  I absolutly love this car. Im very satisfied with Hyundai and everything they have done to make affordable cars. The warranty is outstanding, you cant beat that anywhere. I look forward to purchasing another very soon.

  Do not buy this car - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon

  I bought this car 1 1/2 years ago and had nothing but trouble. The tranny and clutch had to be replaced (own expense - no warranty) and the paint is slipping off all over the place. The dealership doesnt acknowledge warranty claims and sent me to Corporate which in return sent me back to the Dealership - nothing but the run around! I dont care if you buy the car or not but let me tell you, its badly build, poor quality, bad customer service. Hyundai surely stands to their reputation, to be a cheap auto maker. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple of thousand bucks more for a car you can enjoy rather then get awfully frustrated with! Good luck

  very fun car. great sound system. has more power than all the car i drove. the only bad thing is the back seat. it has no function its to small. i feel that the car would be a better two seater.

  UNDERpowered - 2007 Hyundai Tiburon

  I bought mine w/ 5000 miles, put 38,000 on it. Sold it because i had a family and you can BARELY squeeze a baby seat in the back, not practical. I bought it thinking this would be a peppy sports car, but was disappointed. Going from my Saturn to this was a step up, but not much. 170 hp and still only be in the 23mpg highway area makes this car not worth the money. It was reliable, handled fairly well, nice ride, and comfortable.

  Bought the car, ran great until i hit about 70000 miles. Engine spun a bearing. Had to replace engine even after following all of the manuf. recommendations and what not had reg oil change proofs and what not. Called hyundai usa (which is a joke) The car cost me $17000 dollars $4000 engine work went through 4 engines in 6 months I never once beat this car or anything I treated it like gold. My 2 year old and I used the vehicle to commute. cost me $3000 when I traded it in. Hyundai will never get a penny from me they are a rip off!!! Dont ever buy any Hyundai!! Friends owned and agree.

  I had a 2001 tiburon and it was great but this one is so much better. Very quick and great on gas. Its a fun car and i get alot of looks from others.

  I honestly love the car, how it drives, has awesome a/c, and just a fun car, but it has some major issues. Ive read through these reviews and see that people are constantly replacing headlights, which I found myself doing the same. People with wiring problems, which Ive had. Ive spent WAY too much trying to fix a problem with my car not starting. It turns over only when it wants to. Ive replaced the relay wire to the fuel pump, which worked for a while, but now the car is only starting when it feels like it. Ive replaced the battery, ignition coil, relay wires. The interior dome lights quit working, and for a long time, my only headlights were my brights since the headlights wouldnt work

  I am 63" and have no problem with headroom or entering and exiting the car. I compared it to the RSX type-S and SRT-4, but i got more for my dollar with the tiburon, at the base price of the other models! This is an awesome car!

  No mater what I gave it for marks, Ilove this car. The looks are beautiful, the engine is smooth and it hauls ass for a little 6 cyl. This is my third Hyundai since 1992 and I must say that the Hyundai has come a long way in 10 years. For longs trips this car is very comfortable and unlike the Acuras I can tow things(like my motorcycle)with this car.
