  • THIS CAR IS A POS - 2008 Hyundai Tiburon
    By -

Hyundai built a cheap car and used cheap parts. I can see the South Koreans that built this thing laughing seeing Americans driving it down the road. Numerous clutch problems, paint fading, four different tries at a e-brake and its the noisiest car Ive ever driven. Stay away whatever you do. This thing is a death-trap. I wont sell it because I dont want to have it on my mind that someone is out there driving that POS.

  • Personal opinion and comparisons. - 2007 Hyundai Tiburon

I recently bought my Tiburon GT back in August as a b-day for both my wife and myself. Since we bought the Tiburon weve put it to the test. I put ours on the track in its initial break in phase <1K and broken-in >1.5K so to speak realms. Best times: (Track proven and mounted with window sticker over our mantle) 0-60: 7.537/6.819 Top Speed: 149 1/8 mile: 10.729 65.10 /9.879 71.42 The ride is INCREDIBLY smooth, even compared to my parents CLK 320 and ML 55 AMG Mercedess. Cornering is phenemonal with minimal body roll. Also for you peeps wanting a date magnet, well this car will do the trick. Even my friends thought I spent over 30K but dont tell them I got it for 18.4 driveout.

  • Its about time Hyundai - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

This car is very stylish, handles really well, and has enough options to satisify most buyers, specially those of the younger import scene. For being a totally new body style and powertrain for the Tiburon, the aftermarket is starting to pick up the pace on this little go-kart.

  • I LOVE MY TIBURON - 2008 Hyundai Tiburon
    By -

I just bought a black on black V-6 with 9,000 miles on it. This car is SO awesome. It is fun to drive, handles great and looks so much more expensive than what I paid. People flip out over it, when I stop at a red light, everyone in the cars around me check it out. I am even getting pretty good gas mileage. I like the Tiburon so much better than the new Genesis Coupe. This car was really hard to find. I found a new one in my area, but the dealer sold it before I got a chance to buy it. I was lucky to find this one with low mileage at a great price.

  • Dont Waste Your Money. - 2006 Hyundai Tiburon

Bought a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon in 2007 with 9k on the odometer. Ran fine at first. Less than a year later, O2 sensor went out. Replaced that, a week later another, replaced it, a week later another... replaced it, a week later guess what. This thing eats tires despite the fact that the alignment is good. The wear is even across the tire but we get less than 16k out of 30k tires. Have replaced the brakes, Sunroof no longer works, lock motor on driver side door went out, radiator hose started leaking at the thermostat housing, replaced the hose clamp and fixed it, a few days ago the radiator cracked in a spot that I still cant explain why.... Buy a Pinto your repair bills will be cheaper.

  • I LOVE this car - 2008 Hyundai Tiburon

I have only owned this vehicle for a short time, but I already love it. I love the exterior and interior design and the price tag was great too! It is sporty, and practical compared to some other sports cars, especially with gas prices being at 4.14 per gallon where I live. When most people first look at this car, it takes them a while to realize that it is a hyundai tiburon. In my opinion, it somewhat resembles a Maserati GranTurismo. Compared to my friends 2008 honda civic si coupe, this car is more solidly built and more pleasing to the eye inside and out. Overall, I love this car and would definitely recommend it!!!

  • Ode to Tibby... - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon
    By -

My Tibby (as it is affectionately called), is very reliable and is fun to drive. I am the 2nd owner and I have put almost 20K miles on her in less than 12 months. It is a not a five passenger car in my opinion, but a two seater with a comfortable rear seat for luggage or a pet in the back. ;c)

  • Beware of The Shark! - 2005 Hyundai Tiburon
    By -

Always wanted a Tibby since new generation body styling....Its finally mine! I love this car. Comfortable and unique bucket seats. Quiet but powerful V6. Great exterior & interior styling. Best bang for the buck! Move over Honda and Toyota...we now have a Korean car with TONS of aftermarket mods available. My soon-to-be "Tuscani Black Shark" is a fun ride 110% of the time!

  • Very Fun, Needs MORE POWER - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon
    By -

I bought my 04 Tiburon 4cyl in September of 2012 with 100k on it, That was a year ago. Overall it is a decent car and VERY fun to drive, I just wish it had more power. I live in NY and this car did better in the snow than I thought it would (Hankook S1 Noble2 tires are awesome). The seats are Very uncomfortable and the back seat is almost pointless.
