I can not tell you very much, because I have only had this car less than a month! This car has amazing handling, its not terrible in the rain, the manual mode can be fun, the back seat room is very limited; but I do not usually have many people in the back seat anyways. I love to drive this car on rt. 81, I can really "unleash the beast". I got so much car, for only 8,500! It only has 55,000 miles! I fell inlove with Tibbys when my b/f got one. His is an 01 and at 90k miles, it drives like it is brand new! Highly recommend this car!

  • What a GREAT car! - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

I got a great deal on this car, "previously enjoyed". This car is affordable, and sporty as hell! The speakers (though not the Infinity) bump, and the sound is great. Its about as fast as I figured.... slower than most sport coupes, but if you arent looking for extreme pickup and speed, is more than adequate. Its definitely cute, but not for the large driver! Im 52", small frame, and its perfect for me. I love this car!

I am really pleased about the performance of this car, it has 50k miles and the only problems ive had are the battery, which was under warranty and the sunroof interior lid that got stucked, i presume due to dirt because lack of use, other than that excellent! The OEM tires are noisier than aftermarket.

I literally was on my way to the Mitsubishi Dealership, when I was sidetracked by the Hyundai Dealership. I had never heard of the Tiburon, but was attracted to it the moment I saw it. Three hours later, I owned one of these beauties! I love the looks, no one in my suburb of the Twin Cities has one yet. (I like being unique and not copying everyone else) It handles wonderful with the tight steering and road hugging design. The initial take off is normal, and then the engine will all of a sudden kick in and then no one can keep up with me...I Love it!

I have had my V6 tiburon for almost 6 months and it has been such a fun car to own! The car only has a few weaknesses performancewise compared to other cars in its class, but I found adding a CAI, BBTB, and freeing up the exaust put it right where it should be! (Especially after being beat by certain 200hp 2.0L 4 cylinders with just CAI, that was definately embarrasing.)

  • Love My Tib - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

I often wondered why only high-priced vehicles had the little extras that made you take notice --- that made you say "Ooooh! Nice!! What is this?" Why wouldnt an automaker offer some of the same "luxuries" to the average consumer? I had reached the point where a vehicle was purely utilitarian. Then - -- I found the Hyundai Tiburon! And now I love driving again! I am sooooo impressed with the quality, styling and details in this car. Hyundai gives you a great bang for your buck! It looks good - it feels good! Its fun to drive! And at a price I can afford! (The admiring looks and comments are pretty nice too!)

This has been a great car -52K. After driving a VWGTI and Tibs I couldnt justify the extra 8Gs for the VW. I still get compliments on it. This is an unusual model: 5sp, low spoiler, and cloth upholstery. My sunroof is after market and has been perfect. The only problems have been two O2 sensors and a passenger power window failure. All were fixed quickly at no cost. Hyundai Roadside service has been flawless. Called two times.

  • Fun and Fast - 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

Ive had this car for about 3 weeks now and it is so fun to drive that Im trying to put in the 1200 miles recomended to break in the engine. I have about 1000 so far and is fun leaving all those civics all fixed up with all this extras behind. People pull next to me and try to take off fast when the light turns green but like I said I dont have that many miles yet, although a couple of those times I did push it and there I go right by them. It is fun to drive, Ive had several people asking me for the make of the vehicle and they seem to like it too. Love this Car...
