  • My first new cae, ever! age 56 - 2016 Ford Fusion

at lest check it out. I was not sure about buying a car with a 4 cyl. engine. I was blown away. More horsepower than my 2009 mustang 4.0. So far love everthing about it.

  • My third Ford Fusion, and I love it! - 2016 Ford Fusion

This is my third Fusion. I had a 2014 Fusion SE. I traded it for a 2016 2.0 turbo with the appearance package. I love this car! The engine is way better, its more powerful and quiet, it feels like driving a V6. The 18" black alloy wheels, rear spoiler and fog lights do make the car look nicer. I honestly recommend to get the car with the 1.5T or the 2.0T engine, because its a better ride than the 2.5. Make sure you get all the features you want on the car so you have no regrets. The cash back incentives were unbelievable on this car.

  • Premium sedan feel for an affordable price - 2016 Ford Fusion

Overall I enjoy driving this car. I drive this about 70 miles per day with my commute and have driven on long trips also. Its a very good driving car. Visibility is good and acceleration is ample for merging and passing, etc. The AWD works perfect in snowy conditions along with proper snow tires. I always get compliments on the look of the exterior and interior. My biggest complaint is the functionality of the headlights. Even with the Titanium trim, halogen lights are standard and do not believe HID is an option. Headlights are not bright and do not project well, at all. I always have the fog lamps on to supplement the lack of light. After purchase I did replace the OEM lamps with Sylvania Silverstars to help. Test drive this car at night to be sure you can deal with this problem.

  • Great Fusion & Price - 2016 Ford Fusion

2016 Fusion SE with tech package and 2.5 Engine. Read a lot of reviews on Fusion before buying. Looked at other cars, Hyundai, kia, Cheverolet and Nissian. Most reviewers said the 2.5 engine was under powered. Most so called pro reviwers have a lead foot. So I asked people who had one and everyone said, they have not had no problem with the 2.5 power. I also compared the 2.5 to my Escape SE with the 1.6 turbo and could only tell very little difference in power. So overall the Fusion SE with 2.5 is a great deal. Still do your research, and remember owners will always be your best source for an accurate reviews. People who do the reviews based upon a rental car, does not know the history of the car and how it has been treated. In summary, We love our Fusion SE and would buy another, if ever needed and would highly reccommened the Fusion with the 2.5 to everyone.

  • My personal Batmobile - 2016 Ford Fusion

I love this car! After driving my father-in-laws 2015 Fusion SE, I fell in love. At the time I was driving a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited with check engine light (bought it brand new mind you) Chrysler was never able to fix the issue or figure out what it was. With it in the shop more than on the road I had time to learn his Fusion. I purchased my 2016 Fusion Titanium Fwd on July 25 with all the bells and whistles. It as a demo, so I got a pretty good deal on it. LOVE THIS CAR!!

  • Get the 2.0! - 2016 Ford Fusion

I have the 1.5 EcoBoost. The only selections in the drop down menu were 2.5 or 2.0. I have the Sport Appearance Package with the spoiler, rims, etc. For a "generic" mid sized sedan this car looks good! However, my main gripes are: Poor acceleration and bad gas mileage. I commute 100 miles a day all freeway. I an getting 29 MPG. In my 2016 Dodge Challenger with a 300 hp V6 that weighs more I get 27 MPG. If the Fusion got 33-35 MPG on the highway the power would be fine. This tells me that the engine is working too hard. My other big gripe is about the Infotainment system. The screen is small especially in a vehicle equipped with a back up camera. Ford has made it nearly impossible to replace the stereo unit. The stereo does not sound very good also. At least I can change the speakers. There is an annoying squeak in the back seat that started at 40K miles. I love the looks and ride of the car.

  • need physical therepy - 2016 Ford Fusion

this is not a vehicle to use to drive more than 1 hour. the seats caused my legs to get numb.. drove this 2400 miles and I was sore for 2 days after I returned it. the good is MPG 32, brakes also. the bad directional control too high/road vibs in the steering wheel / stability on uneven hywy vehicle rocks side to side/ steering is too tight ,just a small movement causes the vehicle to move too much/engine is loud on loading up grades/transmission stays in high gear too long on slowing down/engine has not compression, low torque. the real bad , delay in acceleration when stopped .. when the power pedal is depressed at idle the engine is not engaging for about 1.5 sec.. not good when trying to get back on the road .

  • Great Buy - 2016 Ford Fusion

This was a used purchased. 2016 with 22k miles on it. Research price thoroughly. If you know your price range, salesman cant high ball you. Edmunds.com was a big help with their website. Do not deal with corner used car dealerships. By corner, I mean that you will be able to tell once you walk thru the door. The facility will be basic and poorly maintained and salespersons would be obvious. CARMAX is good for no haggling. They are very professional, but prices will be slightly higher than dealerships and will sell you warranties while some of the dealerships will give them to you with the purchase. For instance, I purchased my vehicle for $800 under Carmax price and received the 7yr 100k mile factory train warranty with my price. Carmax and corner dearlerships would sell it to me with purchase.
