THE NEW BABY! - 2003 Ford Escape
By JTCM56 - May 2 - 10:00 amVERY SATISFIED WITH VEHICLE. SOLID AFTER 2 MONTHS. LOCAL AND LONG TRIPS MADE WITH NO PROBLEMS. AS REPORTED, JUST A TOUCH NOISY ON THE INTERSTATE BUT IT HANDLES LIKE A GERMAN CAR. SUPER PICKUP AND MUCH BETTER BRAKING THAN MY F150!

Love it! - 2003 Ford Escape
By Rai2003 - April 14 - 10:00 amI love my Escape! It has a peppy engine that makes driving fun. For a SUV, it gets great gas mileage. It has great cargo space, but it is not a huge SUV, so its easy to drive. Handles like a car! With all the rain and flooding lately, I have tried out the 4WD and I felt secure. It hugs the road!

I am about to switch to a hybrid - 2003 Ford Escape
By Claudia Schumacker - March 13 - 3:58 amMy husband and I have traveled some fun retirement miles in our Escape Limited. I love the heated leather seats. We are ready to make the big switch to the hybrid. Gas prices are awful and I hear really good things about this Escape. The car is loaded and very comfortable on our long trips. The only remotely negative feature is the stiff bumpy ride and its a little too noisy. But, I wouldnt trade it for any other SUV.

So far... so good! - 2003 Ford Escape
By Kleinzle - March 3 - 6:52 pmWent from an Acura Sedan to the Escape because I really wanted a 4 wheel drive. Definitely fun to drive and I love sitting high up now! Husband complains about the hard leather but I think its pretty comfy. I finally am looking forward to a good snow storm!

This Thang Aint No Joke - 2003 Ford Escape
By Cherbox - January 24 - 2:00 amI purchased this vehicle Sept 2000 when they first came out. I have driven in the snow, but the snowstorm of 2003 proved to me "This Thang Aint No Joke". I had no problem pulling out of piles of snow and I have to drive on the prkwy and I put this sucker into 4x4 and made it safely home.

A good little SUV - 2003 Ford Escape
By jaychuk - January 24 - 2:00 amI have had this vehicle for a bout a month now, and I still love driving it. We also have a GMC Jimmy in the family and I like driving the Escape even better. It handles great on ice and snow (which is very important here in the Great White NOrth).
