Chevrolet offers revised 16- and 17-inch aluminum wheels, and 17-inch all-season tires are now optional on LT models. Other new features include a tire-pressure monitor and Hydroboost brakes that provide more reserve stopping power and decreased pedal effort, according to Chevrolet. A traction assist feature is available on two-wheel-drive Tahoes equipped with a locking rear differential. The trailering package includes a 7-to-4 pin brake wiring adapter. Finally, for added safety, there is now a front-passenger seatbelt reminder.

  The Chevrolet Tahoe has everything you could ever want in an SUV. Drives like a dream, performs exceptionally while pulling a trailer, plenty big for family trips, but easy to drive. I couldnt ask for a more comfortable, reliable SUV.

  This car has all the bells and whistles, the only thing it is missing is auto pilot. We purchased for the safety of our family. We are a Chevy family and will continue to be.

  I was skeptical about buying a car built in the US, but friends who own the Tahoe are more than satisfied with the reliability and performance. Truly amazed of the handling and styling for a large SUV.

  I was looking for a new 2003 4X4 Tahoe to replace my 1995 4X4 Tahoe. I had over 100,000 miles on the 95 with no major problems since new. I was just looking to upgrade. I bought the 2003 without even driving it. It had all the bells and whistles and I was more than pleased. Better steering, took the bumps better, better mileage and a lot better excelleration than the 95. It was hard for me to spend more money on a car than I spent on my house 28 years ago. But Im not sorry I did.

  Not good maintenance record - drivers armrest fell off 1st day! ABS brakes have gone out and a bad fuel pump has left me stranded. I feel VERY safe in the sturdyness of this truck with my family.

  fun to drive 2003 z-71 tahoe - 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe

  I have owned three chevrolet z71 tahoes since 2002. The first one i traded because it was on a lease and i liked it so much i wanted to own it outright. I then purchased a 2003 z71 and love it has a little more bells and whistles, including a bose stereo system and climate control. For those wanting to buy one i love mine

  Ive owned BMWs, Mercedes,Citroen and a host of american cars.I absolutely love my Tahoe and cant think of another vehicle that Id trade it for. Gas milege could be a little better but, I ll settle for marginal gas mileage for all the other things I like. The Tahoe has a European car like ride but still feels good off the road. Idont think that the Cadillac or the GMC dollar fkor dollar offer more SUV. Ill stick with my Tahoe.
