Hold on tight!!! - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By White Lightning SS - November 5 - 2:00 amOnly complaint - drive shaft cannot handle all the horses. Ive had it replaced twice. There is a chevy bulletin out on this and a heavier duty shaft available. My car still has twisted the newest drive shaft too (I dont do anything stupid to abuse it). I couldnt tell these things were even happening - it was when I took it into the dealer that they caught it. I hope before the warranty is out they have a shaft that wont weaken.

Stay Away from 2000 - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By GM Sucks - August 15 - 2:00 amNever again will I buy a GM car. After 36,000 Miles (just when the warrenty ended) the manual transmission 5th gear synch went. $1200 to fix. I also heard that rear axle is supposed to go, havent had a problem yet at 60,000miles. Trying to sell. The body is starting to come off though.

Best car I have ever owned! - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By Erik D - August 11 - 2:00 amHas a brute amount of power, great handling, comfortable seats (front ones anyway), and gets between 24-30 mpg on the highway. Youve gotta love that from an engine that is a 5.7L 350. This car is in its own class when it comes to looks, performance and price. The engines potential seems almost unlimited. There are setups out there where people are making over 700 HP, but still get 23 mpg on the highway with the a/c on. Drop the clutch at 1500 rpms and youll have a huge smile in about 5 seconds!

SS, so long! - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By Kristopher - June 30 - 2:00 amUnfortunately just had to sell my 00 Camaro SS, convertible. My hardest decision Ive had to make in my young life. Searched for months for the right color and body, and found a 00 leftover in 01 with only 5000 miles on it. Bought for significantly lower than wouldve paid new. Excellent performance, and roominess (ever try sitting in a little Mustang)?

roon1 - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By roongst - May 11 - 2:00 amSuper sporty looking, very reliable. Extremely good warranty. Performance is unmatched versus price of vehicle. Recommend to all who have the need for speed. BRING BACK THE CAMARO.

So far, So good????? - 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
By DustyRhodes - May 2 - 2:00 amI own a 2000 coupe and love it. Unfortunately, Ive managed to put 43,000 miles on it in just 18 months. Ive already expired out of the warranty and am crossing my fingers. So far no problems with the car. My one dissappointment is the $ value 18 months into my purchase. If only pure American Muscle kept its appreciation Id be all over a 2002!
