Innovative Truck - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Brandon Brown - March 19 - 2:00 amI have the luxury of driving nearly every model of truck by the three major American truck makers where I work. Based on my experience with work trucks I decided to buy a Chevrolet or Dodge. Then I decided to buy an Avalanche after test driving some. Chevrolet cant be beat for on road driving and overall family features. Innovative engineering makes this a remarkable truck - my family can use it for anything.

Best truck ever - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Aval Z71 - March 5 - 2:00 amUnless you are a rancher, this is the best all around truck ever. It tows like a Mack, rides like a Caddy, and changes like a Letherman pocket knife. It has taken my family and towed my 14ft trailer with two full size quads all over So AZ.

Good Vehicle - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By AZBiker - February 16 - 2:00 amSo far, so good. No major issues and only a couple of minor ones. The Goodyear tires dont do it justice. Been through a couple already. Passenger tires on an off-road machine?

Excellent Truck - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Dave Dilllon - January 25 - 2:00 amI Love it, my grandkids love riding in it.It rides just as good if not better than my Town car. I have put over 36,000 miles on it. 93% highway miles, driving through most of the mid and Atlantic states. Never had a problem of any kind. I change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles. Best truck I have ever owned. Love the ride and the handling, Towing 6 to 7,000 lbs is a breeze with the tow package.

Excellent Choice - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Yvonne Hibbert - December 5 - 10:00 amI never in my life thought that I would purchase a truck. I saw the commercial on TV, "change for a dollar" and I just had to go and check it out. I took it for a test drive and decided that it was the one for me.

The Beaste - 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
By H. Pollak - November 14 - 2:00 amWhat to say... When I forst saw the previews in 99 I was impressed. Now that Im an owner, Im even more impressed. Vary little body role, great get up and go, I get anywhere from 18-21 MPG pretty regularly. Though I have to say I have made some modifications. Not only is it a big vehical it drives like one. Parking is no problem. Im used to larger trucks. the only area I have a problem with is being able to see out the rear end. It has its challenges. Overall, best bang for the buck. Most versitle truck I have ever owned and Ive owned many.
