  • Love my RAV! - 2005 Toyota RAV4

I love my...I feel high up on the road, yet it is as easy to drive as any car. The car can hold many items that would never fit in a sedan, such as a washing machine, yet it has all the advantages of a sedan.

  • Great Vehicle for most anything - 2005 Toyota RAV4

I love my Rav 4. Its practical for anything Ive done. I take it on camping trips, rock climbing day trips and cross country. The gas mileage is great for a car that can do so much. I highly reccommend this if you need ample cargo space. The seats are easily removeable, and did I mention my Husky loves it.

  • Break Failure - 2005 Toyota RAV4

My wife bought the 2005 Rav4 4 years ago, and has had to replace the rear breaks 3 times, going on four now. Everything else about the car she loves, but the constant issue with the rear breaks is causing us to sell. In their infinite wisdom, Toyota cheaped out on the rear breaks making them disk breaks, not drum breaks which they should be. We live in northern Vermont, 3 mile up a gravel road and my wife has to drive over a mountain pass everyday driving to work. Needless to say, we need working breaks, and the Rav4 has not provided it. The dealership has worked with us a little bit, but we still have speny about $2000 over the past 4 years on breaks alone. Very disappointed Rav4 owners!

  • Great Disappointment - 2005 Toyota RAV4

I used to think Toyota was a quality organization that was reponsive to customers. Unfortunately I could not have been more wrong. Buying this car was one of the worst mistakes of my life.

  • Best of All Worlds - 2005 Toyota RAV4

Great Zippy Vehicle...It is so fun to drive. I have the Evergreen Metallic that looks so sharp and the sunroof that comes in handy for ventilation. The RAV meets all of my expectations, and I have only 5500 miles on it, so my fuel economy should increase soon. It averages about 24 mpg now, and I read other reviews that rate it slightly higher. All of the features seem to be well thought out, and I also have the side curtain air bags that adds to my confidence in case of an accident.

  • Great vehicle - 2005 Toyota RAV4

I just purchased the rav 4 and it is great. I am 52" and it is the only small SUV that I drove and felt comfy in. It handles really well with great pick up and steering. It does take getting used to if you were used to driving a sedan as it is top heavy, but the rav4 doesnt lean as much as the other models I drove. I love the sporty look and the interior gauges are easy to read and fun to look at.

  • My Rav4 - 2005 Toyota RAV4

My husband and I are at an age where getting in and out of the low cars are almost impossible. The Rav4 is higher from the ground. All we have to do is slide right in. On a long drive, my hips and legs use to ache, but not with the Rav4. It sits high so that your feet and legs dont stick out straigt in front of you, as if you were sitting on the floor. We cant wait to go on our vacation this year with it. And the gas mileage is terrific.

We rented a Rav in Las Vegas and fell in love...We came home and purchased one and still own it today...I would buy another one in a heart beat...!

  • Raving over RAV - 2005 Toyota RAV4

Absolutely the best vehicle on the market for mountainous and hilly terrain. Living in St. Maarten Island has its challenges and an appropriate vehicle is one of them. Narrow, steep roads and torrential downpours must be met with by a special vehicle. The AWD RAV-4 is the very best of class in all categories.

  • To the Bat Cave!! - 2005 Toyota RAV4

I love this vehicle! My life is so much easier since switching to the Rav4 from a sports car (my batmobile). Also, I still have the coolness of driving a sporty black vehicle - even though I have a 3 year old riding in the back - without the soccer-mom feel.
