  Great Car ...but, it stinks!! - 2004 Toyota Corolla

  I bought my 2003 Corolla last February. Loved it from the beginning. Handles well, great mileage, and nice interior. My problem is (and continues to be) the smell of eggs inside the car. I asked the dealership and went to Toyotas website to register this complaint. The only answer I get is that the smell of sulfur is from the gas!! Ive tried my different types of unleaded regular gas, and the smell continues. It is especially sickening in the winter with the windows up and the heat on. For this reason alone I want to be rid of the car.

  I have had this car for 11 years and 217,960 miles. I drive a lot. This car has never broken down on me and never had any major mechanical issues. I have always gotten the oil changed on time and kept up with things such as new brakes, tires, ect. I have never had any issues with it, and if I could buy the exact same car again I would.

  A really pleasant car, which is very well made. Quiet, peppy, good looking and reliable. The mix cant be beat at this end of the price spectrum or even above it.

  This ride is soooo awesome, i needed a 4 door with a new baby coming and a 3 yr old plus being that im only 22 and big on trends and looking good this car is both comfertable and stylish....as well as roomy and soooooooooooo economical,this car is a definate head turner and in sooooooo happy with my purchase, highly recommended

  This is a very good looking car and one that handles well on the road. I enjoy the white dials on the dash board as they are so much easier to read. I have the wood grain dash and it is very classic looking.

  2004 Corolla S - 2004 Toyota Corolla

  This is our 4th Toyota and theyve all been fabulous. 92 Camry LE V6, 97 Corolla DX, 03 Corolla S, 04 Corolla S. My wife and I still drive the 92 Camry and our daughter has the 03 Corolla. Unfortunately, the 97 was totalled last year. As much as we like the Camry, we like the 04 Corolla S even more. Theres nearly as much room in the Corolla. The Corolla rides better in certain conditions and the gas mileage is so much better. Its really a more fun car to drive and it has that certain Toyota feel that it will last forever. We love our Corolla.

  A surprise sports car - 2004 Toyota Corolla

  Ive always had a sports car(Volvo P1800,RX7,CRX)in addition to our primary vehicle, so I was not too keen on replacing such with a 5 passenger economy car. What a surprise our 2004 Toyota Corolla has been--its a ball to drive! I miss the gutsy engine sound of yore, but accelleration and handling are on par with the Honda CRX Si. Plus I can now take 3 passengers along. All the emphasis on fun cars nowadays is on overpowered premium fuel burners. If youre looking for a practical pocket rocket check out this car. Note: I had to special order to get LX with 5 speed manual. Only the LX comes with height adjustable drivers seat--which I found neccessary.
