Overview & Reviews
The Vibe is an all-new model in Pontiac's lineup designed to combine the best attributes of an SUV, a station wagon and a small van. Thankfully, the result is rather attractive and hip, not to mention utilitarian.
- Crisp handling, unique features, utilitarian design.

Disappointing - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By Skylark - October 25 - 2:00 amCar is cute, but disappointing. The tires are the worst!! They had to be replaced already and are going bad again. The tread is wearing on the outside. Does not go in the snow. TOO MANY BLINDSPOTS!! Drivers seat is not comfortable. Defective battery!!

Nimble - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By GSantee - October 25 - 2:00 amWe love our Neptune Vibe with Tunes/Moon and Power Packages. Had been driving Toyota Celica with 120K miles when decided it was time to change. After seeing the Vibe, there was no further discussion! Pontiac did better job than Toyota with exterior design - sharp looking car! Tons of comfortable room inside. Easy to turn around in tight spots. I like orange backlit dashboard. It can fade during the day, but not bothersome, even here in the desert. Have tinted windows due to heat, makes it look even better. Buy the rubber backed carpet for cargo area to prevent sliding. This is a heck of a fun car for the money!

VAVAVAVIBE!!!! - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By coxclan - October 19 - 2:00 amWe contemplated for a year before buying our Vibe. The deciding factor was the versatility, spaciousness and the fact that it is really made by Toyota. We currently have about 4000 miles on it. Problems: nothing that really stands out as major-the dash rattles/squeaks when it is really cold out, the dome light goes off and on when the hatchback is locked and the standard is a pain in town. Other than that, it is a fantastic car for us at this time.

2003 Pontiac Vibe GT - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By gclaiborne - October 17 - 1:52 amI bought this car about 3 years ago with 111,000 miles on it. Now has 160,000 and its definitely been the best and most fun car Ive ever driven. I average 30 mpg and love the 1.8 Liter Toyota high performance engine with the 6 speed manual.

not so bad - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By Batman2327 - August 27 - 2:20 pmThis car has been great so far. Bought it used and havent had any problems. Although the acceleration isnt great it does have a fairly consistent acceleration up to 100mph and what it lacks in acceleration it makes up for it with good handling, esecially for a tall vehicle. I can fit two booster seats and a car seat in the back with no problems.

husky-mobile - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By excal - August 6 - 10:00 amI bought the vibe mainly to take my two huskies for their walks in areas less populated. It is the first "car" I have bought in years. I have gotten used to trucks.

Great Car - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By JohnR - August 5 - 10:00 amBought my Vibe with 33,000 miles and now has 108,000 after my 5 years of ownership. Oil changes every 5000 miles. First brake job when it was in the 90k range. Changed the belt and did a few other preventative items at the same time but thats it. Car has been great and is zippy enough to be fun to drive. Ugly GM radio but the sound is good. My drivers window rattles a bit but its the only one so there may have been some damage to it before I got it. All in all, this is a great car if you are looking for a reliable, sporty, and convenient vehicle to own.
