Overview & Reviews
For 2010, the top-line Nissan Murano LE trim level is now offered with front-wheel drive -- it was previously all-wheel drive only. All Muranos get standard keyless ignition/entry, the SL gets standard roof rails and a security system, and the LE gets a standard dual-panel sunroof. Options packages have also been revised for slightly easier ordering.
- High-quality cabin, spacious backseat, responsive powertrain, precise steering and confident handling, smooth ride, user-friendly controls.
- Less cargo space than many rivals, compromised rear visibility.

Great Ride - 2010 Nissan Murano
By Virginia DiMaria - September 17 - 2:50 pmI have had my Murano for months now and do a lot of road trips. Most road trips are about a thousand miles. I could not be happpier. This vehicle is a very smooth, comfortable and good car for my long road trips. My last 3 cars were Lexus 350s. I was a little reluctant changing to Nissan, but heard a lot about how great they were and decided to check it out. It has surpassed the Lexus in comfort, style, wheel turn, gas mileage and other features. All the family members in my family are tall and the leg room511 to 64" is just perfect. I read some reviews about car seat comfort. So all you tall people should take notice. I love the car and would lease another.

2nd Opinion - 2010 Nissan Murano
By Idaho Opinion - May 21 - 3:36 pmAfter sitting in the seats of several other vehicles (since writing my first review of the Murano), including the Buick LaCrosse, Chevy Equinox, Ford Edge and Honda Crosstour, I have come to the conclusion that car seats in general are now being made much more firm than in the past. The Muranos seats are better than all of the above. The smooth, quiet ride makes driving this vehicle a pleasure. I still think the front of the seats could be set to allow them to drop closer to the floor. Daytime running-lights would be nice. Driving in stop & go traffic does not produce a very smooth transmission response, with it constantly shifting in and out of 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel drive.

Great Vehicle - 2010 Nissan Murano
By John - February 25 - 5:43 pmComing from a 2007 Maxima into the Murano, I can say it does not disappoint. I can only describe this vehicle as awesome. The engine is smooth and powerful and this is using regular grade fuel and the CVT trans only compliments it. The fit and finish on the body is flawless. The interior has a rich, classy look and feel and is plenty roomy in both the front and back. The navigation system works really well and is simple to use and accurate. The ride is great, I have driven my friends Lexus RX 350 and can only say that the Murano is equal to or better than it for about 8 grand less. If you are on the fence about buying this vehicle just jump off and buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love this vehicle! - 2010 Nissan Murano
By avmnsww - January 5 - 8:39 amAfter many weeks of research & test drives, I purchased a 2010 Murano SL with leather, moonroof, bluetooth, ipod, upgraded Bose stereo, Homelink, backup camera. I researched and drove: Honda CRV, Subaru Outback; Subaru Forester; Volvo XC60; Volvo XC90; VW Tiguan, Kia Sorento and (but didnt drive) Audi Q5, Rav4, so a very broad spectrum. The is by far the best value: more luxurious than Subaru, Honda, Rav4 and Kia; more for the money than Volvo and Audi; more space than a Tiguan; same or more power than most; same or better mpg than most. Nissan reliability (vs. Audi, Kia & VW). I love this vehicle and highly recommend it!

My Murano Review - 2010 Nissan Murano
By tater - November 26 - 10:46 pmWhat I like about this car is its styling, quiet ride the smooth operation of the CVT & the ability to move quickly in traffic. Seats are very comfortable. For my needs I find the cargo space just right.I like the automatic lowering and raising of the rear seats.Bluetooth is wonderful. Great Bose radio system, however not sold on the XM radio option.Preferred the 18" tires over the 20". I drove pickups so the complaint about rear window view was not a problem. Personally I didnt have a issue with that. Gas I use mid grade and so far Ive had no issue with it. Its a great Crossover to drive.

Update at 19k from 4/20/10 - 2010 Nissan Murano
By drive a lot - May 8 - 10:00 amUpdate from 4/20/10. Have read all of the reviews of this vehicle and they overwhelming positive. The "negatives" I feel are minor, especially the wind noise of the moon roof, open the front windows a crack and it helps a lot. I sometimes drive 450 miles in a day and I have never had more comfortable seats. Ive owned SRX, Audi, Subaru, Mitsubishi and a Maxima over the last 10 years. No car is perfect and I was able to get a heck of a deal on mine. The only thing is that the day after I bought it, 3/31 at 9:30 pm the next day went to 0%. I was a bit annoyed at that, felt dealership should have been honest, said they didnt know, but I think they do know.

Boomer SUV - 2010 Nissan Murano
By Sanseione - February 12 - 3:36 amIm a Boomer but love cars. All my vehicles prior to this one have been performance sedans. I bought the Murano because I have a dog and needed a nice little ride spot for my dog Boomer. I drove 6 mid size SUVs before purchasing the Murano. Reasons: Great discount price, very nice build quality, smooth drive train and ride, great handling for an SUU. My previous 2004 Maxima ran 187,000, was totaled, rebuilt and was running great when I traded it it. I love Nissans.
