This Year's Model Updates:

Nissan's premier sports car has been resurrected after a six-year absence. Possessing excellent handling and power, the 2003 Nissan 350Z comes with a price tag that is thousands less than the competition's.

Pros:
  • Powerful V6 engine, impressive handling, offers a lot of bang-for-the-buck.
Cons:
  • Lack of luggage space, cruise control not available on base model.

  • after 1-1/2 years, still nice - 2003 Nissan 350Z

I like the 10mph to 60mph performance. I have the 5-sp Auto; helps in the stop/go commute. I still love the styling. Wheels are time consuming to keep clean.

Great looker, great driver although my front wheel bearings are shot at 10,000 miles - whats up with that? Nav system is VERY cool.

This car compares favorably with every car Ive owned. Toyota MR2, Nissan 300zx, Volksawgen GTI, etc. none of them compare with the z. Straight line speed, cornering and manacing good looks all combine in a package under 30k. WOW!

  • Not bad sports car - 2003 Nissan 350Z

This car has an engine growl that is very distinct and the sound is one of my favs about this vehicle. This car is very fun to drive and very responsive. Lights are cool.

  • Buyer Beware! - 2003 Nissan 350Z

The 2003 Z has a known and admitted front tire wear and nosie problem that Nissan declines to address for its buyers. If you dont mind buying new tires evry 5,000 miles, this car is for you. My Z began the problem at 8,000 miles; got the Nissan temp fix; and returned at 12,000 miles. Its days are numbered. See the problem at www.nissantireproblems.com

  • Quality (?) of sound system?? - 2003 Nissan 350Z
    By -

OK, we all know and love this car, superlatives for performance. But the base models single CD sound system absolutely stinks. Even my kids1997 stock Saturn sounds better. I dont get it. I already changed the cd/radio to an Alpine; its better, but the sound quality still stinks, so Im saving for better speakers. Any others who feel the same?

  • My favorite car!! - 2003 Nissan 350Z

This is the first car I bought that allowed me to sell my Ninja 1200 and still have fun on the road. Since no auto could give me the power the Ninja had, I can drive to enjoy the trip. I normally put on 300-400 per day on trips-I am 61/195lbs and still very comfortable at the end of the day. Since I dont abuse the throttle, I average 24-25 mpg.

  • just a car person - 2003 Nissan 350Z

The car gos down the road good.Im a bigger person and the car just is not realy mant for large people but its ok. Would I say to buy one? Yes, you will love the look you get from others that can only dream of nicer things in live. If you want more info stop and buy one too.

  • great car for the money - 2003 Nissan 350Z

the 350z is just fun to drive. This is a special car and it must not be your only car or you will be unhappy with it. 2 seats and limited space make this a car to just drive for fun.
