Overview & Reviews
Nissan's premier sports car has been resurrected after a six-year absence. Possessing excellent handling and power, the 2003 Nissan 350Z comes with a price tag that is thousands less than the competition's.
- Powerful V6 engine, impressive handling, offers a lot of bang-for-the-buck.
- Lack of luggage space, cruise control not available on base model.

Nissan does not care....AT ALL - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By duckboy29 - February 17 - 2:00 amI have had the Z now for a little under a year now,my car has tirehop, intermittent powerloss at 4-5k rpm from engine sensor, the drivetrain is making noise and the car needs its 2nd alignment(tire hop issue), There is a smell of mold coming out of the A/C vents, dash + interior rattles and I had to call nissans consumer affair division because there service centers do not seem to want to take ANY responsibilty. Service reps have the audacity to tell you these problems are NORMAL on a car less than 1 year old, Shame on Nissan. I am so fed up with my car that i am going to get rid of it.

I dont want to complain, BUT......... - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By gee-rizz - November 13 - 5:56 amCar is great fun to drive, but there have been LOTS of minor issues that negate that - audio system sounds great, but repaired twice (not under warranty); crappy placement of 12V outlet and cup holders (cant use radar detector!!); driver side auto-close window doesnt work, tires replaced twice, thumping passenger-side seatbelt, etc. Anyone owning the 350 certainly recognizes these problems BUT.....to drive this car is to forget these admittedly trivial issues (theyre not that trivial, but I get very forgiving once behind the wheel)........

This car should be regulated by the FDA! - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By motownZ - March 1 - 10:00 amAll I can say is "Wow!" I commute 35 miles each way every day in this car and it brings me to work with a smile on my face. Amazing performance wrapped in a runway-worthy styling package is a real winner in my book. Biggest downside is build quality. Tires, although sticky, wear VERY quickly. Factory alignment issues produced feathering of the tires and HORRIBLE road howl. Dealer will replace tires free of charge under warranty and re- align the car, but its a BIG headache. Other problem relates to a rattle-prone interior. Build quality is sub-par causing excessive rattles all over the place. Bottom line, if you can afford it, buy the G35. Better car.

beautiful but uncomfortable - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By stox29 - February 10 - 10:00 amBeautiful, fast, excellent fit and finish, lots of looks. However, gas peddle is too far to the right for me and edge of seat digs into my thigh. Very uncomfortable in about 1/2 hour of driving.Im 175 lbs and 6 ft tall. No fat butt.Sitting on piece of 2" foam rubber now. Seems to help.

Looks Great but too many problems - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By ylewis - September 16 - 2:00 amI love the look of the car but with the problems experienced with tire feathering, faulty front cup holder and rattling sounds when idle Id NEVER purchase the car again. No glove compartment and limited trunk space. This was my first Nissan and my last.

Excellent Vehicle - 2003 Nissan 350Z
By dsw - April 1 - 10:40 pmI have had this car for three years. The only problem I have had with it was the tire misalignment that they had with the first year vehicles. Nissan replaced the tires and corrected the alignment after two years of driving for no charge. It is very fun to drive with ample power. Mountain roads are a blast, if traffic cooperates.
