The Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan has been completely redesigned for 2008. With the exception of its two available engines and three-pointed star, everything is new and improved. There are also more standard features this year. An all-new C63 AMG model debuts later in the model year.

Pros:
  • Distinct sport- and luxury-oriented models, responsive steering, stable handling, smooth ride quality, impressive Multimedia package, intuitive COMAND controller, excellent build quality.

Great car... amazing exterior... turn heads all the time. Great drive and it is a lot of fun to go over 100 mph until the police stops you.

  • Mercedes Benz C350 Sport AMG package - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

I first saw the C350 on TV late 2007 i wanted to trade in my 05 C230 for a new car. I was also test driving 3 series BMW, Saab, infinty g35 and even the Nissan 350Z a much sportier car. I tallied up the plusses for each car including the c350 to come up with the best decision, by this time I have test driven all cars including the Benz which was stuningly beautiful in person.. The ride interior quality, over all quality, styling, mpg w/c is fairly good. And room. The Benz was the clear choice. On top of that I added the amg package, navigation, Sirius, oh and I have a 4gig hardrive pcmcia which was hard to find. I dont have to use my ipod no more. Best deal for the buck

  • Loving the ride into the Luxo World! - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Just got my black on black C300 Sport w/automatic last week. My biggest decision was settling on a color, almost got the white but found a black on black w/the panoramic roof in the dealers online inventory at a great price. I got $1,125.00 off the sticker & was happy w/the deal. This car is turning heads everywhere i go, getting honks & thumbs up while driving on the highway. after driving a Crossover SUV i was extremely pleased to get 400 mls on a full tank. Im having a hard time leaving the car parked. The plan was too drive my old vehicle as a daily driver & keep the Benz for special occassions. This baby is too beautiful to leave sitting!

I just got this car a few days ago but I have to say it is one heck of a automobile. Beautiful, very fast just be ready for lots of questions about it every place you go. I dont care if they are 15 or 70 they are all in blown away with the style it has to offer.

I have had the car 8 months now and still in love with it. Bought it used with 42k miles. Mars red with the tech2 package. So glad I got it with the tech 2 package. nav, bi xeon head lights, and amazing sound system is a major plus! Cant wait to put the 4matic to work with this Utah snow! My only down fall is that the c350 doesn,t come with 4 matic. Would have liked a bit more power.

  • Beautiful! - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

I have only owned this car for 6 weeks, but so far the experience has been fantastic. It is truly beautiful to look at, smooth to drive, and once you master the COMAND sterio/GPS/phone system it is a technological marvel. Comfortable and elegant inside and out. I look forward to the coming years of reliable service.

I am loving this car, and so do all the heads that keep turning when I ride by. I have the 2008 C300 Sport w/automatic & panoramic roof, black on black w/the aluminum interior trim. I always frowned upon black interiors but this car is stunning. I always owned front wheel drive cars in the past, Nissan Maxima & Murano, the feel of the acceleration is phenomenal, a nice mix of luxury and sport. I was amazed at how solid & sure the car drives in the rain, makes you want to push the envelope. I was leery transitioning to a car from a SUV but I dont miss it one bit. I thought the interior would feel cramped, but it feels quite comfortable & spacious, and Im a healthy kinda guy

  • Love my C300 - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Absolutely love it! Even though it could use a little more power I am very satisfied otherwise. Handling is great. Build quality and quality of materials are top notch. I was pleasantly surprised. I was looking at a BMW 335ix and it was a lot more money and I couldnt justify the added cost for the added performance.

  • C-300 16 month Review - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Thinking of a C-300 Luxury sedan? Read this 16 month, 26,000 mile review first. Terrific comfort, rock solid construction, very good mileage, and great dealer support! Reliability has been excellent - ZERO problems. Overall 25 mpg. A recent 1400 highway trip yielded 28.5 MPG @ 77 mph. My wife had neck surgery a few years ago and she really enjoys driving this finely crafted, smooth automobile.

  • Best in Class in PPR - 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
    By -

Looking at the price performance ratio in this catogory of the cars this is by far and large the best. Yes it is trace less in terms of the power from the other competitors, but is way ahead in all other departments, so overall is a sure winner, and of course its a three point star, you know what it means.
